Furthermore, the loaner they gave me was a similar vehicle so it was very easy for me get comfortable with it. My service advisor Nick was great and easy work with and didn’t upsell my on any services I didn’t need. I do recommend brining in your car for service and working with him.”

“We had an overall good experience at the body shop. Our car was deemed totaled by insurance but we wanted to have it fixed. They did an overall excellent job repairing it and it now looks as if the accident never happened and the car drives very well. The price is also very reasonable compared to other places. The only reason that I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that they are very busy and often underestimate the time it will take. So be prepared to potentially wait a long time for the work to be done. But it will be done very well if you have the time.”

“Today I drove from Dover NH down to Mcgovern to test drive a car I've always dreamed of owning, but I had never actually driven. I wasn't the ideal car customer. I just needed to know if I'd even like the car. Truth is I HATED it. I've been on 2 test drives in my life and they were both total disappointments. I dreaded dealing with the salesman ahead of time.
But my experience with their staff was not even a little like what I expected. They were friendly, encouraging, and took a real interest in me. That caught me off guard. My salesman Paoulo was super nice. He asked questions about me and shared his own candid stories about his life. He introduced me to the other members of the staff and only laid on the salesman jazz a little. I was comfortable and enjoyed my experience. Their sales manager was well dressed, knowledgeable, friendly, and tried to follow up with me to pinpoint what I might actually WANT in a car.
