The only difficult part is holding myself back from buying for other loved ones and myself while there! I always come out with more than I planned. The beautiful unique items is not the only reason to visit this amazing store. This family run business is owned by the most kind compassionate people I have ever met. They go above and beyond to be helpful. It is clear this is not done just to make a profit but because they genuinely care about their customers and locals that they serve. From my experience they are especially kind and caring to the neighborhood children that come into the store. “Wow, these folks take good care of their elderly customers! I arrived early for my appointment, and they completed the appraisal of my items in much less time than expected. As a result, I was done almost an hour before my taxi would arrive. The staff asked me whether I had a ride. When I told them about my taxi's expected arrival, they invited me to sit in their lounge till then. Then, shortly before the expected arrival, I went to the front entrance to watch out the window. And the staff brought a chair for me to sit in while waiting! Excellent service! Incidentally, the appraisal consisted of a streak test and a chemical test, which showed that my items had very little value. Because of this, the staff did not even charge me anything for the appraisal!”

“I'm very happy that I went to Stucchi Jewelers for my Fiancé's custom engagement ring! I met with Maureen and Gary to discuss what I wanted in the ring and they sourced the perfect Montana Sapphire about a week later. I only needed to see the one stone to know it was perfect! Gary gave his opinions for the practical considerations like height of the stone to make room for a wedding band next to the engagement ring. The stone is prominent on her hand but he built the ring in a way that makes it incredibly sturdy so it's practical for wearing every day. My Fiancé is incredibly happy with the ring and I love how it looks. It's elegant and beautiful but gains wonderful character from the natural gemstone that they sourced for us. Pictures don't do it justice because the stone looks different depending on the light source. Thanks again!!”

“I landed in Concord to meet a client for dinner. As i was early I wandered into this arts snd crafts store. Upon noting the quality of workmanship I mentioned to the clerk - whom I later found to be the owner- an idea for a pair of "tear-drop gem stone earrings." I was told they might have an artisan who would be able to create my feeble sketch. Within a few days... to my surprise they emailed me with a photo of gem stones, sketch and a quote. Very reasonable compared to other jewelers in the same berg, no less. Gave her a credit card and got a delivery date. A few days later another email offering a variety of gold clasps. A few weeks later I picked them up and they were stunning. WOW... Seamless, excellent quality and reasonably priced ... Concord, MA no less. GO”
