“I had a very specific request for a nut and bolt (to fix a blade on my hockey skate) and the staff inside this Ace Hardware store couldn’t have been more helpful. It was a $0.30 fix but the associate, Mark, spent the time with me to make sure that I was all set, found the right size to fit and even helped me fix my skate. If that’s not above and beyond for service I don’t know what is. Thank you!!”
“I would recommend this place for customer service, but I went in there, looking at flowers for my friends graduation and all the sudden as I'm looking at flowers the door opens, and I'm being threatened and charged at a alarming customer who claims he lives near the area and doesn't fucking like me and the owner told the criminal shopper to get the fuck out and never come back! So left and never came back”

“My first visit here to this magical hidden gem! I was delighted to find the holiday shop in full swing. This girl loves some Christmas! The decor was inspiring and absolutely beautiful. They know how to use their space and take advantage of every inch, without being cluttered or tacky. There is so much to see in the main room that I walked around twice. Several full size trees were decorated with different themes. Ornaments galore to suit anybody's taste. Then, I headed to the greenhouse. First, though, I had to pass thru a magical room filled with an array of lighted, sparkling snow globes! Magical. The next room was wall to all swags and wreaths - all shapes and sizes. Finally, I reached the greenhouse, which did not disappoint. It was much less about Christmas, but filled with beautiful plants, succulents and other garden delights and decor.The staff was friendly, greeting me warmly and answering questions freely. There was even a nice pair of restrooms available. I purchased a small trinket for a gift and the checkout was pleasant. They have a rewards program, which was explained briefly and I was registered in no time. Instantly, I had coupons in hand for future visits. My gift was lovingly wrapped and bagged.I lingered outdoors to enjoy some tastefully arranged decorations and a small collection of live trees. The outdoor area was largely unused in this post-growing season visit, but I could easily imagine how lovely it must be in spring and summer! I'll be back to find out!”

“Steve in the gardening center was great and helped us troubleshoot a long-running plant issue, ensuring he understood the problem that needed to be addressed rather than just pushing some products on us and sending us on our way. Overall the rest of the staff we interacted with was mostly friendly and helpful, though a few of them were somewhat abrupt.”
“Been seeing Gerard’s for a while now and decided to spend some time there this past Sunday. Lovely selection of annuals, perennials, shrubs, and succulents. Inside there are jams and pies with assorted indoor decor. The vibe is quiet and serene. I believe I met Gerard who was very helpful and checked in to see if I needed assistance while browsing. I personally enjoy being left alone until I need assistance or have questions. After finding several plants and jams. I asked Gerard for assistance. He kindly gathered the items for me and took them to my car. I also purchased a small apple pie which was delicious and had no mold or problems. I ate it all. Yum. As for pricing I was shocked at how affordable it was. I will be going back and enriching my garden with the wonderful selection Gerard offers. As for Gerard, he is very honest, quiet, and direct. All the qualities in a business owner I look for. If you desire a showboat this is not your place. The show is in the selection. Thank you ?”

“The PEOPLE at the Waltham store are great. They are helpful and informative. The guy I asked for help took me to what I was looking for. Their system said that they had over 100 of the tubing that I wanted, we could not find any. He found the guy who worked in the irrigation section who dug around and found it buried behind other stuff.”
“Today went in to check out some Polywood Curveback Adirondack chairs for our Fire-pit area. Found it, sat in it and really like it. Went inside to get some help finding more. Nancy the customer service person really went out of her way to help me locate the chairs. Home Depot only had 2 grey available then I would have to order 4 more. It just made sense to just place the order through customer service for all chairs. Nancy stayed with me through the whole order just making sure I got what I wanted. She really made my experience at Home Depot a positive one. Cannot wait for these chairs to come it and enjoy the outdoors. Thank you, Nancy look forward to seeing you again soon.”

The other store will tell me the store model is not for sale. Now I know why. The guy from plumbing department helped me to find a replacement for a missing mirror, took me to the manager for price adjustment , disassembled the vanity from the rack & the floor and helped to put it on my car. What a efficient service. All the people there I met today are super nice and friendly!”
