As a high handicapper in need of getting refit with clubs I came in for my 1st ever analysis and club fitting not really knowing what to expect. Store manager John Simanski couldn't have made me feel more welcome! John's warm personality immediately made me feel at ease in the 1st 2 minutes in the bay. John gave me a full understanding of what all of the metrics in the analysis meant and how various differences in equiptment would impact and possibly benefit my game, which is exactly what I'd hoped to come away from my visit. Additionally I was impressed with both the competent team John has in the operation, as well as the vast assortment of equiptment, accessories and clothing in this extremely well stocked operation. In my experience, most retailers often have similar, if not exactly the same products to offer. And in most cases pricing is quite often spot on from store to store. But the difference in my mind comes down to customer service. And I truly can say I have never had had a better customer experience than I did today at Golfer's Warehouse in Auburn.Thank you again John for you time, attention, assistance and and best in class experince I had today!”
