They offered various appointments for that day the Dr. and the vet tech were so kind and patient. I was not embarrassed or ashamed of how emotional I was. I then scheduled a check-up for my other cat and they were even better. Everyone knew us by name and welcomed us upon arrival. We did not have to wait more than 2 minutes to be seen into a room. Again everyone was helpful and kind. Highly suggest!!!”

“The staff at the Animal Hospital of Webster has always been amazing, caring and compassionate - they take care of our petite 13 year old Lynx Point Siamese cat Lacey, and had taken care of our two nearly 14 year old labs, black lab Georgie and yellow lab Gracie that were 12 week old littermates when we got them - they came into this world together, and spent their entire lives together-when health issues arose that they could not recover from, the staff in their warm, compassionate and loving ways, honored our wish that Georgie and Gracie leave this world together - the staff made sure our pups passed at the same time, while nose to nose with each other - though this was a very heartbreaking time for all, seven months later we made the decision to bring in another pup, to be loved and spoiled as we had Georgie and Gracie for those nearly 14 years, so this week we introduced the staff at the Animal Hospital Of Webster to our newest family member 9 week old chocolate lab Duke, and as with our other family members/pets we are entrusting Duke’s care to this amazing staff”
