His company has repaired numerous family vehicles and if anyone is not familiar with Keegan's quality of work, let me simply inform you all of the following. I have never had a recall on any of his work, the repairs were performed correctly every single time. He uses top quality parts and the install is always flawless. Pricing is well below what the dealer will charge so I consider his company a bargain considering the quality and value of the repairs. “I don’t even know where to start…This place is amazing, I bought a car from a dealership and had problems the day I got it… I immediately called revolution automotive and spoke with Chris(Service advisor) who from the very beginning was very polite and respectful, they diagnosed the problem immediately finding out my turbo had blown, my shocks were broken, brakes sensors were put on incorrectly and my battery was completely drained the repairs were over $6000, Chris immediately called my warranty company and went to Bat for me when I needed him, John the other service advisor was always respectful and very helpful in place of Chris whenever he was busy assisting other people etc and went out of his way to always assist me and answer questions regardless of Chris being the main handler of my claim, when it all came down to the end I had been without my car for a little while and Chris and John both were always very understanding of the fact I missed my car, Chris was out due to a family emergency on the final day and I called the shop hopeful to pick up my car, we were still waiting on the warranty company to pay, Jeff the parts manager! Picks up the phone although only handling one warranty claim ever he takes it upon himself to call my warranty company and boy did he shine! He pressured the warranty company to pay on the spot calls me up and tells me my car is ready and I got to meet the great people who helped me out in my time of need and distress. Chris, John, Jeff are by far the best interactions I’ve ever had when it comes to dealing with cars they’re very knowledgeable, understanding and respectful, you honestly couldn’t ask for more. I’ve had my car for the past few days and Andy(technician) did an amazing job with the repairs Alan(shop owner) picked great people to work for him and I highly recommend this place”

“Jimmy knows transmissions. If you have any shifting related issues with your car take it to Batco right away. Ended up needing the transmission replaced, decided on a new versus rebuilt transmission. It took weeks to get the car back. He's just that busy! He warranties all his work, and you get a free 3k checkup.”

“My friend recommended me Sun Auto, a lovely local family-owned business when I moved to Boston in 2017. I am so thankful to her. During the last five years, whenever I visited Sun Auto, they not only inspected or fixed my car perfectly but also very kindly took care of my needs. For example, when I had to replace my battery, the owners did so at a cheper price by utilizing the warranty, which I wasn't even aware that I had. This year I broke part of my car by running into the garage wall, and they kindly did the research for the price to help me decide whether I should use my insurance or not. After calling everywhere and calculating everything to print the numbers on the paper, they recommended me to use my insurance, despite that it meant that I had go to another Auto Shop designated by the insurance company. They also went beyond the boundary of their responsibility and helped me to figure out how to quickly get my car decal and registration, which I lost in the mailing process and etc. The owners are Korean, which means that they have excellent skills and work ethics, proven by the consistent honesty, diligence, and sincerety that I have seen for the last five years. I also love that Sun Auto is authorized to do the yearly inspection required by MA that I can take care of other maintenance issues and the inspection together. Another great pro to me is their location. They are located at the outskirt of Cambridge but it will not take too much time to get there because they are right next to Fresh Pond Parkway. Being slightly out of the busy center of Cambridge, Sun Auto has plenty of parking space, different from other body shops that I occasionally explored in other parts of Cambridge. Parking is always a nightmare in the city, especially when the body shop is full, so I personally find that I can park my car without being nervous is a big plus. Additionally there is a nice park right next to the shop that I can enjoy a walk or play with my phone as I wait for the car to be fixed. There is also a beautiful urban nursery around the corner that you can also enjoy the flowers and plants and do some impulse buying as you wait. There are PetCo, Whole Foods, and Staples within 5 min walking distance, which can also be a great way to spend time as you wait for the car. If you have time you can even explore the Fresh Pond which is also in 5 min walking distance. The owner will kindly call you when the car is ready. There is an Enterprise Rent-A-Car right next to Sun Auto, which I guess some people would find convenient if your care will need more time. In sum, I have been a customer of Sun Auto for the last 5 years and I am completely happy with their wonderful services. Honestly I am writing this review because I feel personally thankful to them for very kindly taking care of my various needs over the last five years and especially this year. My car is getting old and I drove very rarely as I worked from home during the pandemic, which is causing all sorts of problems. The owners have been always very friendly and nice despite I bothered them with so many small things... My car is well ready for commute now and I am so thankful. Isn't it proof of great service by itself that a lazy person like me feel so thankful and motivated to write such a long review?”
