“I just want to say I was very pleased with John B. Our personality hit it off right from the start he was very attentive and listen to what I said and before I left he showed me range rover velar and I wasn't looking to get a car I was there having my discovery sport service and I had some problems so at that time I was just browsing, and any questioned I asked he had the answer very knowledgeable I told him what I wanted he he had one but before I left he had already sent me a text with a low percentage rate. What I like is if I called or texted him I didn't have to wait to get an answer right away I would get a response. He deliver my car showed me everything and how to work different things in it he even down loaded my phone he's young but a very good asset to the company we need more sales people like him. I will be seeing him again with other customers it will be a little but I'll be back.

“I came to this location because it's convenient to my home. I was greeted by Nicholas and Jonathan who said they were happy to help take a look at my new leaky tires, but they wanted to make sure I didn't want to try taking them back to Walmart where I bought them a month ago. They reminded me the tires probably are under warranty and I could save a bunch of money! So impressed that they were looking out for my wellbeing in this tough economy! They figured out what was wrong and took care of things, and even noticed my brakes were really in poor shape. I'm grateful for the friendly and kind service I got today. You guys just earned a new loyal customer!!”

“I had been shopping for a very specific make and model of a car. When I expressed interest in a car they had for sale, i was immediately contacted by one of their salesman with not only pictures but videos of the inside and outside. I drove three hours from Maine just to do business with yes auto. I had never bought a car by myself, and they pretty much held my hand every step of the way and went back-and-forth with my bank for me.
I did pay a tad more than other comparable vehicles were listed however, I do think that money was well spent. Yes auto did repairs on the car. And are even fixing cosmetic things that I asked for. They were upfront transparent, and they’ve definitely got a repeat Customer in the future from me”

“Rick and team did a great job servicing my Audi 2017 A4 on multiple occasions (coolant hose, brake pads, oil changes). They are professional, proficient and polite. I used to take my Audi to Herb Chambers Burlington for servicing but they lost my trust when they refused to take ownership for a coolant hose replacement that should have been covered by their service warranty. Not to digress from this review but it is important to share this experience so that others are aware that once your car warranty runs out, going back to the dealership is not worth it.
Here is what happened. I had our Audi A4 2017 serviced at Audi Burlington Herb Chambers. For a significant cost they replaced one of the coolant hoses in addition to other work that was done for which I have the documentation and a video in which the mechanic conveyed the problem. A year later, I had an issue with the coolant hose leaking and I took my car back to Herb Chambers Burlington since repairs are covered for two years. I was given a quote of around $2232 because apparently it was a different hose. I called their bluff and forfeited the $250 to Herb Chambers Burlington for doing the coolant leak examination. Instead, I went ahead with Audi Auto engineering to replace the coolant hose for $700. And after Auto Engineering fixed it , I took the old damaged coolant hose and tank back to Audi Burlington and showed it to the service desk guys. 6 months later, my car is driving great.
I made a formal complaint with Audi USA and they said talk to the dealer. And then they sent me an email asking me to complete a survey. LOL. Really?
Audi Burlington no longer has my trust. I don’t really care about the free coffee, chocolates and the chips that they offer. You have to take ownership for the repairs that you do.
Needless to say I was humored when I learned of the jab that the Audi sales guy took at Rick and team. Seriously?”
“If I could give this place many more stars I would. I had a terrible noise coming from my tire after it was replaced by Town Fair Tire Walpole. I had my car towed there on Saturday after a blowout. Monday I made an appt to return to have it checked out. Long story short they would not put it on the lift or do an inspection because I hadn't had it aligned even though I had an appointment and told me it was OK to drive. They sent me to Pleasant St Tire but the guy there wouldn't look at it for less than 125.00. So I went to Norwood Auto which is where I wanted to go in the first place but they were closed by the time I called on Saturday. They not only checked it out for no charge, Steve repaired the torn plastic flap, which was missed, for free. Can you imagine? I will be a faithful customer going forward. Thanks Allen and Steve!!”
