“Wonderful people and my car was in better shape than before the accident (which was not my fault). They kept me well-informed throughout the process, and even cleaned my car inside and out before I picked it up. They handled all the communication with the other person’s insurance company, and I only had to get involved briefly when the appraiser didn’t show (they found more damages than originally thought once they began working on my car.) Convenient location right off the #73 bus line. Though I hope to never need their services again, I would highly recommend them to anyone needing auto body work.”

He is very thorough and checks to see if there is any rust developing before repainting the touched up area. “Tony is the best! Go and ask for Tony; he will take good care of you. He is friendly, soft-spoken, and has the perfect attitude. Unlike many other body shops where they can be pushy, Tony stands out. I had a Hyundai and was in a pretty big car accident. Tony offered very reasonable pricing, and the job was exceptionally well done when I got my car back. I will definitely come here again. This place is a 30-minute drive from where I live, and it is totally worth it.”

“I had my car repaired last month at DBA Auto Body in Walpole, and it was a very pleasant experience. All the people I interacted with at the shop, the owner, front desk, technicians, they all were courteous, open to communication, truthful and efficient. No misunderstandings, good communication and honest work. Smooth handling of paperwork, too, zero hassle. Calling the shop during their working hours always got someone answering the phone, from the first call. The repair was done faster than initially estimated, and done well: perfect color matching and no functional issue - I am writing this review three weeks after the repair, any possible issues had enough time to manifest. They also detailed the car, surprisingly well done. Well-deserved five stars rating. By the way, they never asked me for, not even mentioned about leaving them a review.”

Being a software guy over the years, I am very strict with QA and I always follow-up with anyone I refer to this firm to confirm their satisfaction. Body work and major repairs/servicing (along with car detailing) have always been completed on time and within the insurance company estimates. I could not ask for a more smooth, professional, polite and honest relationship over the years!
This firm is also close by to the Readville Commuter Rail station, allowing for a quick 15 minute train ride into downtown Boston.
