“Came in to the store on my lunch break to stock up on some more work pants. I’ve been looking for something that fits me a little better in the legs since most pants are a little tight on me. The store was very clean and well organized.I was greeted by Kevin as I walked in. He listened to my needs and he was able to guide me into buying the rugged flex work pants. They are AWESOME! I couldn’t be happier with the new fit. KEVIN was exceptional, and I’d like to thank him for his attentive and thoughtful service!”

The other two employees at this location went on break at the same time, but she managed to both take care of a customer's piercing as well as check us out right after. I do hope that the other employees take from Sonia's example and learn to be team players like her.”

“A little crowded for a clothing store, and very dark. The employees are nice and at least try to help! Prices are prices of A&F: not cheap, but not outrageously expensive. I like their sales! A couple times a year, jeans are 50% off!”

Finding sizes and colors of each style of clothing was easy and much appreciated.Liked the spacious aisles and well stocked displays. The style and quality of the clothing were better than expected. Pricing was good and gave good value for the purchases we made. If you sign up for a free membership at the register, you'll get a 10% discount on your first member purchase. The only thing missing were a couple of chairs here and there to rest tired mall feet. ?”

Some items are brand new complete with original tags! The store is well organized. Their prices are reasonable and they regularly have items on sale. The women who own the store are helpful, but not pushy. Highly recommend!”

“The Natick location has a huge selection of toddler and baby clothes. If you are looking for Maternity, it's in the back! They have the latest styles, and adorable clothes. The staff is hit or miss, sometimes nice, sometimes expressionless. I love this store, their selection can't be beat unless you go to Burlington. This is a busy location, and they seem to be juggling alot at once. They have a nice table and chairs for kids to play. Unfortunately, their isn't anything for them to play with! :)”

I was looking for shower gifts for a close friend and the girl working there was enthusiastic and really involved with helping me find things and put together a beautiful gift. Not only did she help me choose things but she put them into a gift box and wrapped them up too. They have so many styles of clothes for different tastes and all very chic. I had a mid price range but there's a little of everything. They had toys and shoes but I didn't really buy those. overall would recommend to any parent or someone looking for a gift.”
