“Absolutely such a wonderful shopping experience. ALL the staff are so helpful and friendly, especially the two gentleman in the fitting room, Caleb and the man with the septum ring. Store is also kept very organized and clean.”
“I dont really care for the Gap but I went here with someone else. Base on my observations, I would say the store is well organized and stocked appropriately. There were staff floating around to help. The lighting is a bit too dark for me but it is what it is.”
“I'm not lowering my rating because the managers and employees were very fair and friendly when I visited for the first time. However, there are some recurring issues that affect the overall shopping experience.
The store is often messy, making it difficult to find items. Employees don't always ask important checkout questions or remind customers about the 30-day return policy. I've also noticed that security tags are occasionally left on purchased items, forcing customers to make an extra trip to the nearest H&M to have them removed, which can be frustrating and embarrassing.
That said, some of the store's challenges appear to be caused by customers leaving fitting rooms and sales floors in disarray. While that's not entirely the staff's fault, it does impact the overall shopping experience.”

“it was a busy day at Carters today with lots of sales in progress. I called and asked availability of a particular boys item and the staff could not have been more accommodating. When I picked up my purchase, I was greeted the same warm and caring staff I have encountered since I began shopping at Carters in Natick. Excellent customer service and the sales were great!”
“Much cleaner and more organized than the Newbury st store. They also recently just installed self checkouts to make the lines move faster, and there is someone always there to help you get the security tags off the clothes if you need help. Much more pleasant shopping experience now.”
