“I dont really care for the Gap but I went here with someone else. Base on my observations, I would say the store is well organized and stocked appropriately. There were staff floating around to help. The lighting is a bit too dark for me but it is what it is.”

The other two employees at this location went on break at the same time, but she managed to both take care of a customer's piercing as well as check us out right after. “A little crowded for a clothing store, and very dark. The employees are nice and at least try to help! Prices are prices of A&F: not cheap, but not outrageously expensive. I like their sales! A couple times a year, jeans are 50% off!”

“Large, well stocked store featuring yourhful and trendy clothing for both adults and children. Finding sizes and colors of each style of clothing was easy and much appreciated.Liked the spacious aisles and well stocked displays. The style and quality of the clothing were better than expected. Pricing was good and gave good value for the purchases we made. If you sign up for a free membership at the register, you'll get a 10% discount on your first member purchase. The only thing missing were a couple of chairs here and there to rest tired mall feet. ?”

“Today I went into the new JD store in the mall and the service was the best I ever had! I was able to order a shoe in store and two more online without a problem. The staff converted the US to European sizes and were super helpful the whole day.Also, the manager was so nice and kind to me and my family, we will definitely be coming back! Thanks again!”

“The Natick location has a huge selection of toddler and baby clothes. If you are looking for Maternity, it's in the back! They have the latest styles, and adorable clothes. The staff is hit or miss, sometimes nice, sometimes expressionless. I love this store, their selection can't be beat unless you go to Burlington. This is a busy location, and they seem to be juggling alot at once. They have a nice table and chairs for kids to play. Unfortunately, their isn't anything for them to play with! :)”

“Much cleaner and more organized than the Newbury st store. They also recently just installed self checkouts to make the lines move faster, and there is someone always there to help you get the security tags off the clothes if you need help. Much more pleasant shopping experience now.”
