EVERYONE, THE STAFF AND PHARMACISTS ARE WONDERFUL!!! Hands down amazing service especially with the shortage of pharmacists. I know their job isn’t easy but they work really hard to accommodate and are kind, knowledgeable and efficient!

I generally never knew why people always complained about CVS until I met Wellesley CVS!!

I have been a customer of the Wellesley CVS for over 10 years and after my most recent experiences with your pharmacy personal I will never have a prescription filled here again. The staff is rude, not knowledgeable, records aren’t updated and completely unhelpful. I called in because I have been waiting for a steroid since Thursday. When I called for an update Marianna told me the prescription wouldn’t be ready until Monday when I began to explain I couldn’t wait that long and could she check another CVS she said “ yea yea” and put me on hold while I was still talking. When she came back to the phone I expressed how unprofessional she was and she began to argue with me. Apparently my steroid magically appeared and was ready for pickup on Friday. This isn’t my 1st encounter with her being rude and unprofessional but it will be my last. Customer Value and Service might be in the name but definitely not in your pharmacy staff.

One or two knowledgeable pharmacists and a couple of good techs, at a really busy location. Check out peeps are as bright as small appliance bulbs, stock peeps are ok. Place is fairly clean and customer service is above average. If you have to drop of a script you will be waiting for several hours so plan accordingly and pick up next day.

This pharmacy customer service and friendliness is rolling down the hill very quickly, patients files are not updated, inactive prescriptions fulfilled, new prescriptions are ignored, change in doses is ignored, bad or non-existing communications with doctor offices, pharmacy staff advise customers to pay retail price instead of fulfilling the prescription, the list of bad experience is longer than allowed space in this review. It is obvious that the CVS is not as good as it used to be, and, probably, one of reasons is that the pharmacy team is (absolutely obviously) very understaffed and overused, there are no happy faces on the pharmacy floor. Time to switch back to Walgreens, the question is is it better there?

0 Stars! They have screwed up one prescription 4 times in the past 2 months leaving me without the medication I need! Incompetent techs (some who wear headphones and others who are just plain rude.)No one answers the phoneBlame their mistakes on the patients.

Always super clean. Nice and friendly staff! Pharmacy can be busy at times. But sometimes we just need to be patient.

This is a pharmacy that prides itself on inefficiency and rude customer interactions. There is typically a 15-20 minute wait to pick-up prescriptions, and that wait time seems to be increasing. While the line is 7 people deep, they continue to run just 1 pick-up counter instead of shifting multiple employees in the pharmacy to handle the customers waiting. The female who typically handles the pharmacy pick-ups is rude, abrupt and not helpful; it's hard to believe CVS would place someone in a customer-facing job, who is the antithesis of "customer service". Purchasing items from the non-pharmacy portion of the store is another adventure. The cash registers are typically not staffed, and the self-service kiosks at the front of the store are always closed. That leaves 2 kiosks in the rear, and invariably 1 kiosk is not working and there is a line for other one. I have used this pharmacy since it opened, but I will find a pharmacy that values my business.

Waited on hold because I needed information on a prescription. After 40 minutes no one answered. The last time I called for prescription info, I was hung up on before I was finished asking my question. I guess it’s time to find a new pharmacy.

This is the most horrible CVS- most pharmacist are rude and not helpful at all - I waited 2 hours to get prescription filled after saying it would be ready the day before. I blame CVS corporate- pay your staff and get more help. I will be leaving CVS after years as a loyal customer. Also will somebody answer the phone

The pharmacy is absolutely the worst. They don't answer the phone. There's always a 15 min line to pick up - they'll have one person at the register and a bunch of others just standing back there while the line builds up. They're never friendly or apologetic for the wait.
