“We live in a wooded area with deer and squirrels that entice our active dogs. I was leary about Dogwatch but after all is done… my dogs love running in the yard and will not cross the boundary! The installment was fast and they even did the training. Highly recommend!”

“I visited last week when everyone was having internet issues, but the staff who was there that day was super helpful and friendly, chatted with us, and my partner and I had a great time spending $$ on our little pup on a huge assortment of treats. I was really impressed with the selection and WIDE ARRAY of options. The no-hides are awesome, happy to finally have a safe option to give my dog. The merchandising, displays, and colors, etc were all very well done. Great space!! I buy my dog only polkadog treats these days, and was happy the in-person shopping experience was just as fun. “Friendly staff. Always willing to help with any questions. Decent variety of small animal foods and supplies. I needed young rabbit food for a foster and was happy to find they stocked it. Sometimes toys are in limited supply especially when there is a sale. One of my favorite stores to shop in for small animals.”

“This place is a staple in the fishkeeping community. Very knowledgeable and helpful staff, they're always available without feeling overbearing or pushy. They always have a large variety of fish and supplies on hand, and are helpful with ordering or finding anything they don't have.
Even if you aren't a fish keeper this place is worth a visit, it's like going to a mini aquarium!”
“I want to start off by thanking Anja and Alex for helping me today. I have been looking for metal cat food bowls so I can reuse them, and they took a lot of time and effort to find them for me. Absolutely the most kind and friendly people. The store is clean and organized. I came in looking for cat bowls and also left with a cat cooling mat just in time for summer. I’ve been to Pet Smart and Pet Co but the level of customer service was just so amazing here. They made an instant fan out of me and I will absolutely be returning. “Great store, with friendly employees and vast selection of pet food, treats, toys and anything one might need. They even have a cute selection of baked treats for special occasions.There is even a groomer, and they offer loads of classes, too. Our pup isn't really used to being groomed, and being a short haired chiweenie he doesn't even need it that much, but we like to treat him from time to time. Abbey is the most patient, sweet groomer there is and we couldn't be happier with her.”
“I have volunteered as a dog walker at Buddy Dog for the last few months and I have the highest respect for this organization. The people who work there seem incredibly dedicated and thoughtful about the animals. I am impressed by their continuing and mindful care of animals that are less likely to be adopted because of age or breed. It is a well lived-in space and the staff seek opportunities to give the shelter animals opportunities to safely and comfortably come out of cages as much as possible. I think all of the staff work long hours and have made a long term commitment to this organization which speaks volumes about Buddy Dog. I have a rescue at home who is not good with other dogs or I would likely have adopted many, many of their fine pups by now. I recommend Buddy Dog highly.”
“This place is absolutely insane! I've been a fish owner just about a year, and so far this shop is by far the best I've visited. Well stocked with amazing variety of fresh and tropical fish, supplies, affordable shrimp, etc. Staff is mostly very nice, too. I just wish there was a larger variety of "self serve" plants in addition to those in their various tanks. I haven't visited during the summer heat yet... Should be fun as the shop is very humid!!”

“I'm reviewing only for the grooming service. I had a really bad experience at PetSmart that left my Cavalier KC traumatized and in the ER; you can imagine I was pretty anxious in taking my baby back to a new place. Daniella is the only groomer there so she personally takes care of each dog from beginning to end. I explained all that had happened in the past and she was super understanding, texted and kept me updated throughout the service until the end plus my doggie looked so fluffy, cute and well groomed! I'm definitely going back to her! The price is also very reasonable so a plus on that as well! Thank you Daniella!”

“In my experience, the groomers always do a good job and take excellent care of my dog. Sometimes they are quick and other times 4-5 hours for a bath and brush. That is the only frustrating part.”

“Associates were super helpful when I came in looking for cat-friendly treats to celebrate my girl's birthday! They went through every item at the self-scoop station and figured out which were dog-only and which were cat-and-dog. I was able to get a great assortment for really cheap, and I'll definitely be back to grab some treats for the pup.”

“I am a new dog owner and took my dog here for our first DIY grooming experience which was spectacular. The Labrador that i adopted hadn't been groomed in a while and needed a good amount of work. The staff took time to walk me through each step and made sure I didn't miss a spot. The amenities are updated and clean. The retail store has a good variety of every product you can think. Reasonable prices too. We will be back again soon!”
“I love Metro Pets. They are always on time. And they return my precious standard poodle on time and beautifully groomed with a call 15 minutes in advance. Madison is a highly skilled groomer and she and Willow are a lovely match. I highly recommend Metropets. Not all groomers can handle a standard poodle cut that looks like a poodle but not too frooffy. Willow and I love Madison and Metropets.”
