I've been going to petsmart in Westwood for a good 3 yrs or so and have only had Hailey and she's absolutely wonderful I've always had a great experience with her and my Maverick loves her( I hope im spelling her name right lol but she's the girl that has a weight limit next to her name on line) hope this helps
