I found the staff there to be very helpful. My mom had a TD account and sadly she passed. TD helped me, as the executor of her estate with the transfer of her money. I visited the branch in Wellesley RT 9 a couple times and each time, they were polite and knowledgeable.

We have used this branch for years. The staff changes over time, but the service is always friendly and helpful.
