This particular TDBANK is without a doubt in dire need of retraining from the managers down. The staff members are rude and not helpful and give incorrect information. I went back to my local TDBANK, and the staff and manager there were very apologetic for their colleagues' attitude and behavior at the bank in Wellesley. If you have Matt, as your clerk, run. Run fast. He takes pleasure in making customers' lives miserable.

I needed something notarized. The employee said they couldn't do it. I went over to Middlesex Bank and had no issues. By far, Middlesex is the better bank.

Manager here is horrible. There was a hold on a check I deposited. So I called TD bank service they told me to go to the branch to see if the manager can push it through. She didn't even attempted to look at my account she gave 100 excuses why she couldn't do it. Said sorry they would give you wrong information on me doing that I can't do anything... I went to Milford branch manager there looked into my account and took care of it for me. ??

How is it that I've been going here for 2 1/2 years, and I'm the first to review? I love The people there, especially Atousa and now I have met Mei who transferred from Wellesley Square. Their money is very green, and their dog treats are a special something. Today, my friend walked me out to my car with an umbrella, now that's service. If only I could get them to except my credit for a visa card!

One of the best banks I've ever seen, the new people there really know what they're doing. I was greeted by name, had my transaction processed most efficiently, and even got some free TD swag! awesome

Horrible service. Never seen the same "Manager" here twice. Staff was never able to answer anything but the most basic questions. What answers they could give were reliably wrong. Then one day my bank card was canceled, as I discovered when I went to pay for lunch. The only good thing was I had enough cash on me, was down the street from this branch. I went directly over and was told there was "some sort of problem" and I'd have to get a new card, new numbers, etc. Thank goodness this hadn't happened when I was on a business trip, or paying a large bill! Why didn't they tell me my card was being canceled? "How would we do that?" As they had my home phone, cell phone, texting number, & email address pretty damn easily! Anyway, closed the account, now just discovered they're *still* issuing autopays on my closed account! It's like a circus of casual incompetence! S T A Y A W A Y !
