“I came into the Red Wing Shoes in Danvers pretty frustrated over an online order and asked to speak to the manager. I started explaining (okay, maybe venting a little) to the employee helping me — only to find out she was actually the manager, Brynne. I’ll admit, I was short and irritated at first, but Brynne stayed calm, patient, and handled everything like a pro. Even though I could tell she was dealing with my frustration, she never once got rude or defensive. She listened, figured out the issue, and fixed it right there. By the time I left, I went from angry to impressed. She completely turned the situation around — Brynne deserves major credit for that.”

“I love Rack Room Shoes. Since I get their emails, I am always aware when they are running BOGO sales or when they have special deals.I was in the area and I decided to check on some of their dress shoes. Their selection was really good and the prices were even better than some comparable shoes I was searching online.Like other Rack Room shoes, you basically search and try anything by yourself. Minimal customer assistance, but I am used to their approach and I don't mind.”

“Thank you to Glamour and Formal wear for helping me pick out my wedding dress! The experience was everything! Along with my dress coming in such a timely manner! Got told a date I believe the end of June and it came about a week or 2 earlier! I was soooooooo happy! They took there time to hear my vision, gave me suggestions, and make me feel so comfortable. Even most of my brides maids came here to get there dressed fixed a little. If it wasn’t for this store I don’t know how more in love I could have been with my dress/my custom made wedding veil and everyone who attended my wedding that couldn’t get over how beautiful I was. Truly was the Disney princess I always imagined and made my husband cry as he should haha. Again thank you guys again I always wanted to used the service and I’m so glad I finally got my moment and down from the dress the accessories that was matched for me was everything!”

The sales rep was extremely helpful and searched in clearance while I browsed the store sections she pointed out that would have what I was looking for.
