“The question is what items did I like. Not many because there were hardly an plus size clothes. I don't know if I'll have a chance to say something else since I don't know if this ends with thus question. I mention this because I want to tell you about the customer service. It's excellent. There was one woman dealing with a customer that was having difficulty with her card. The cashier was understanding and wanted to figure out what was happening as much as the customer. It was finally decided that the customer would go to her car and get another card. Point is the entire transaction was handled with the upmost professionalism and empathy. While this was happening a very nice young man came to help me. I had maybe a 45 second wait and he came from stocking things to help me. Asked me if I was having a good day. It was very refreshing. Bottom line your 2 employees working on Oct. 19th at approx 3:30 pm in the Hyannis, MA store are excellent at their job and I so appreciated it.”
