“Not to start this review with negativity, but I usually don't shop at CVS I've had numerous bad experiences ....but perhaps my luck has changed? I was driving by this location and decided to stop in. I noticed right away that the store looks good and I wasn't accosted with the robo ," Hi, how are you? Let me know if you need any help" I also found it a relief that I wasn't followed around which I've experienced at other locations. So I browsed some, picked out what I needed and went to the front. The wait wasn't terribly long with only 1 person ahead of me. The customer service representative was very nice and assisted me with my coupons and questions, making the transaction flawless. I wish I lived closer to this location. I would definitely shop here again.”
“Cumberland is great my only concern is that they dont cook their pizzas long enough and I've walked by ppl coming out as I was coming in and a few ppl would point out to not buy their pizzas and sometimes I also deal with a few ppl that work there and their attitude is not always positive. Once they fix that im almost 100% positive that they might get better business. But honestly there is a woman that works there at night beware of her she tends to be very rude not only have I come across her and have dealt with her attitude but I've watched others while standing in line deal with her negative attitude and I feel it needs to be put in check.”
