Horrible service . Driver does not follow directions. Packages for signature need to come to 3rd floor. No bell to ring just leaves no delivery tag. Weird since UPS can deliver to 3rd floor for signature. FedEx is poor service with slow fix of problems. Not sure why they can’t reach a truck to return to address and deliver the package.

I see a lot of negative reviews, but apparently management has recently changed. My experience was great. Friendly, efficient and professional. They packed my electronic device for me and it arrived to its destination without issues. No complaints.

Driver skipped my delivery and I watched him on the map drive past my house! The first time I called customer service they told me I had to get it delivered to my house and I can’t pick it up! I paid over 100 dollars I want my package!!!

I have a package that was supposed to be delivered to me and they didn't press my door bell, or follow the delivery instructions, just stuck an 'attempted to deliver' note on the outer door and left. Then I was notified that there was a second 'attempted delivery' with similar results minus the note. I called and was NOT satisfied by their response of 'Someone will contact you regarding your package' with no time frame or anything else. I would leave ZERO stars if I could. Don't use FedEx if you can help it!

I had to return an item to Wayfair and it was really easy here. I had the QR return code emailed to me. This was the closest to my home. The woman who helped me was kind and explained the process and had me on my way. It didn't take long at all!
Will happily use this FedEx location in the future.

Consistently delivers our packages to the wrong house somewhere across town (4x and counting). I've started asking merchants to use another shipper.

The most incompetent FedEx location on the planet. Everything is get delivered never arrives on time. And when the do deliver instead of putting packages on covered front porch they leave in driveway. And if they do find the porch they throw packages down.. not place... when I order something online and I see FedEx as the shipping... I know it will be screwed in some way... why don't they just go out of business already???

Whoever is doing delivery from this location now is horrible. Previously I would get deliveries left inside my mudroom or right by my door (orders from chewy, so they have dog food and perishables inside them)
Recently I have had two deliveries left down at the end of my driveway by the road, and one delivered to the wrong house entirely. Despite reporting the package being delivered to the wrong house about 10 minutes after it was delivered, FedEx never found it. No one ever contacted me about the report, I was only repeatedly sent texts asking if I found my package.

Left my package at the wrong location for the in 2 months second time and for the second I never received it or a call back from the driver as I was told I’d receive by customer service
