He spent a significant amount of time talking us through the different factors that go into a diamond (e.g., clarity, cut, color), showing us different examples, and explaining how it affects the pricing. When I told him the budget he showed me several different options and talked me through the pros/cons of each. We would highly recommend Pope Jewelers and appreciate all of their help throughout the process.”

“My grandmother passed a while ago and my mom had a ring of hers with two rubies and a diamond. One of the rubies was going to my sister and one to me. I had my heart set on a cross ring design to put the ruby into. We brought the ring to Henri and he was able to make the design a reality and set the diamond into a ring for my mother. Absolutely beautiful work, so professional and very timely. Very thankful for his expertise and for creating such a beautiful sentiment. Highly recommend!”

You can fix jewellery anywhere and buy jewellery at any store, however meeting a genuine jeweller who will give you good advise and isn’t out to make a quick buck at your expense is rare. John at Holden jewellers is a jeweller who understands your needs and your desires. A must visit. We walked away being his lifelong customers and friends.”

“Need a dive watch battery replaced with a tight seal or a new battery for an Omega Constellation watch? Many jewelers can't accommodate these types of battery changes, but Tatnuck Jewelers will do these in just a few minutes, while you wait. This is a small local jeweler, a family operation, and Alan is the proprietor. He also fixed a 50 year old, wind up watch a few years ago which is still working, cut off and fixed a ring, and quickly enlarged another ring. Their prices are very reasonable. On our last visit, two battery changes and a ring adjustment cost $40. He is the only local jeweler that I have found who can change my Omega battery. Tatnuck Jewelers are located in a small strip mall in the northwest corner of Worcester. Not the easiest place to get to, but worth the drive. And don't be surprised if you see a giant dog hanging out behind the counter!”
