Every meat we have bought, cooked, and eaten has been the very best. Very high quality meats. No other butcher around can touch S&S. It is well worth the trip. The service is excellent, wide range of selections, special cuts, and I always tell them how awesome there meats are.”

This review is the total opposite of my beloved review of chopsticks. Rota's is truly the place that makes the magic. The lovely servers were excellent. The ambience of the nearby farm was exemplary. The ice cream made my tummy feel welled up with nostalgia as I had received my first hand stimulation from an old flame here as a teen here. Truly a delight.”

“This is the place to get great fresh ground meats. Worth the time to go to instead of the grocery store where you get brown ground meat with red dye that gets put on them. Plus fresh cut tenderloin cut to what ever size you like.”

“Great locally raised meats. Not organic but I believe the beef is all grass fed. Prices only slightly higher than the discount supermarket in the area, but quality is much better. They have beef, pork, chicken and lamb. Have been going here several years. Prefer to get all our meats here but we have to make a special trip.”

“We have been to their butcher shop multiple times in the last few months and all of our experiences have been top notch. Staff is friendly and very knowledgeable about everything they sell. I asked for help in cooking a prime rib for my family and it was perfect!! I have asked for suggestions on other poultry and pork alike and have not been disappointed. It feels comfortable when you walk in by how u are greeted by staff. They are attentive to their customers by being engaging in conversation about what they are looking for today and how can they help you. We also go to their Deli that serves Boars Head products! They are also very friendly and eager to help you with anything you want. We order ahead as we travel from Hudson to W Boylston to go to S&S ! It's so yummy and my family will continue to shop here. The stores are both bright and clean! I'm impressed! Want to come to the Hudson/Berlin area!! Thank you for such great service and food!!”
