Steven & Rachel were amazing! Rachel spent so much time setting up my Mom’s devices and trying to set up everything to make it so simplified for her as she is 86 years old. Very knowledgeable, kind & compassionate. Highly recommend this store top10!!!

I had a phenomenal experience at this store today. I bought a new phone and the sales person, Rachel, is very knowledgeable about all of the phone specifics and it was nice to be informed, while being treated with amazing customer service. I have been with Metro for many years and have never had a problem with my service or the merchandise that I purchased, even as recently as today. I've dealt all of the experienced associates, including Derek, Steve, and Erica...and they have treated me with the upmost respect that I would expect from a brick and mortar store. I highly recommend buying cell phones and cell phone merchandise from Metro, because they have been and always will be one of my favorite phone dealers.

This is a scam franchise they violated the law from metro policies they had sold me a defective device that bought and return it in store the sane day I had to contact the police, customer service all that to get my refund and the charged on my account was not authorized, it's an overcharge, this girl Erika refusing to call the manager Steeve so I do not recommend buying metro there because they charged customer inaccurately that's a scam and they lie to customer by forcing them to buy something to make commission

Google says they're open in Middleboro and the store is vacant! Drove 20 miles away where google also says they're open. The sign on the door says they open at noon.12:40 pm and the doors are locked and the lights are out!! Get it together, T Mobile and update your on line acts if you're all out of business!!!

Very good location! Only reason I’m giving it 4 stars is because I was practically ignored the first 2 weeks after trying to upgrade my mothers phone for her. We went in again and dealt with Roscoe who was extremely helpful and had a great sense of humor, especially dealing with me and the frustrations that I had. He had us in and out in less than 20 minutes and I can’t say enough good things about him. He deserves a raise!
