Very rude people working here. What a shame! I don't understand who hires this kind of people on a costumer service job.

If I could give this place a zero, I would! What a horrible place. My husband just returned from there a few minutes ago to check on a missing letter that I had sent certified mail with return receipt on August 26 with guaranteed delivery on the 28th. Well, as of September 9 it is still to be delivered! Unacceptable! He was treated so rudely for just asking if there was something they could check on or do. The attitude and manners of the clerk towards him were shameful. The USPS should check themselves seeing we taxpayers pay their salaries. This has only solidified my belief that government ruins EVERYTHING they touch. I will NEVER return to this post office branch. I will try to avoid using the USPS in the future. How sad.

The rude attitude of the skinny black woman on front desk was abhorrent. She tends to be rude towards black men, but cheerful towards white men as observed each time one needs an assistance. #Self hate

I would give zero star if I could! I have never wrote a negative review, but I just couldn’t stand it any more! This is the second time I have been here and same awful experience with a different worker. Rude and racist! I am Asian and I couldn’t hear very well, each time I was there I was treated like I didn’t understand English if I asked them to repeat. The blonde lady even questioned the way I wrote number 4!!! Please don’t come to this post office to get insulted! I would never ever come back here again! So so rude and disgusting!!

The worst, most miserable service I've ever received in a post office. I just left there- no smile, no thank you,, no acknowledgement. I will go to Brockton office 5 minutes away where there's always a smiling face.

The worst post office I have ever been too in my life. The front desk lady with blonde hair was unwelcoming, rude and not helpful at all. I do not recommend coming to this post office!!! Go to the East Bridgewater post office instead!

I dont leave reviews especially because no one ever has anything good to say most of the time, but the lady at the front desk has absolutely no customer service skills what so ever. I was turned away at 4pm which is an hour before close due to her not wanting to help me. Unreal. Do not come here if you're not up for this lady and her attitude.
