“Cape Cod 5 is the best bank on the whole Cape. They are extremely helpful, accurate and friendly. Even in these trying times they all work together and help each other. I have used this bank since I moved to the Cape many years ago and wouldn't go anywhere else. I miss going into the bank but marvel at how they manage to do all transactions at the drive up window. As I said I feel this is the #1 bank on Cape Cod.”

“I have been with this bank for almost 2 years now, this Citizens in particular has incredible staff. They are very kind and make you feel welcomed, they have never been rude to me like other bank tellers have been in the past. 10/10 great bank and great staff.
The only issue I’ve had is when my wallet got stolen, I could not get a new card because my old number was linked to my account. I have to go in person to get a new card and to change my number now.”

The man that helped me even called me at home to let me know my account had been restored and wanted to make sure i had full access so he could help me out if there was sti an issue on my end. Who does that nowadays!! Very impressed to say the least.”

Having said that, I ran into issues with attempted fraud and found both the TD Fraud Group and the local branch extremely professional and helpful. “The West Dennis / Dennis Port location is amazing, The employees like Barbara and Deb take time to remember your name, they are highly skilled and all around great ppl. The management is wonderful, Matt goes out of his way to make sure even the average, everyday working class people are treated with the same respect, as the upper echelon. I could write a book about how much I appreciate this bank and it's employees. I highly recommend doing your banking with Rockland trust. They're second to none...10/10 ⭐”
