“Wow! Blown away with my experience!! My friend and I visited Boston and took a day trip to Cape Cod. On our way back we stopped in Harwich and came across this modern general store!! Super cool store tons of cool vintage stuff but a very modern vibe!! Jay, the store owner was super friendly and there was a sweatshirt I wanted to buy for my son but they were out of his size. Jay not only took my number but he actually called when it came in stock and he shipped it to me! Talk about customer service!! I have not seen anyone go above & beyond like this in a long time! Kudos Jay for running a successful business and being a great human :)”

“Ordered one of the iconic ball bracelets recently. I paid for overnight shipping but through an honest mistake it was accidentally mailed regular mail (still getting delivered several states away in only 4 days so very impressive!). The store personally called me to apologize for the mix up and to refund me for the shipping costs. It was so kind of them to contact me like that and apologize. It truly made me glad to be supporting a small business that puts so much thought and effort into customer service. I’m sure I’ll be buying more from them!”
“Fabulous selection of silver and gold jewelry, stones, charms, chains, earrings, necklaces, watches, gifts. I was so overwhelmed! I simply must get back there ASAP. The prices are so very gentle on the purse compared to other shops. Personal touches are phenomenal. The personnel polished the silver I purchased. The boxes are adorable. I felt appreciated.

Beth has a true talent for finding gems and treasures, and I have gotten many one-of-kind pieces that are now often-complimented essentials. The shop is so lovely, so always take your time to discover all the lovely unique finds in every room, so artfully displayed.”
“I took my 40+ year old engagement ring in to LAM Jewelry after hearing the highest possible recommendations in Dennis and surrounding towns. It was worn on the gold band to a thin shred.Len also advised replacing the prongs on the diamond.The band needed to be totally replace, could not be repaired with its thinness.All told the 18K gold band and new prongs were a bit expensive, but reasonable given cost of gold. The ring looked brand new when I got it back.I would absolutely trust LAM Jewelers with my other precious jewelry in the future! So great to have this LOCAL expertise!”

“My wife and I visit this store every year and it never disappoints. Love Cathy and her husband but especially Teddy their dog! I (Cheryl) spend at least 500.00 dollars every time I visit and almost always go back for just one more thing before we head home.Truthfully I love the clothes...the quality is unmatched and given the standards today that is hard to find.However the best part of this experience is the conversation...all the staff is friendly and laughs alot. Cathy and her husband are incredibly personable and is always a pleasure visiting with them. I wish their store was closer to where I live but it is nice to see them when we visit.”
