To top it all off, when I picked up my car, it had been completely detailed inside and out—it looked brand new! “Been with Tommy Car now several times since there opening, I'm speaking for the VW owners , Tommy Car is best body shop around for your VW. Outstanding Auto Body Shop • The manager & the team went above and beyond to fix my wife '19 VW final edition sel beetle (twice) 1st aftermarket parts were used per insurance company, after the job was done, parts didnt sit correctly, The manager took it upon himself to bring the car back, ordered OEM VW parts & re-did the job, who does that ? This body shop is the absolute best, i cant say this enough. Thank You Tommy Car Collision for doing this.

“Had to take my car there twice for the rear end. First time (pre-covid), my wife was driving my car and an idiot on an icy road plowed into the back of the car. They fixed it (obviously the other drivers insurance paid for it) and then work was done well and in a timely manor. Second time, I was driving and hit from behind by a driver on their phone. 1812 informed me that due to supply chain issues the part would take a while to come in but they had everything ready to go (they painted the part ahead of time to match my car) so when I brought in my car it was only there for one afternoon. A+ service in my book.”
