“I am so glad I chose Full Tilt Collision Solution to repair my car after an accident. Even though my insurance company tried to cut corners despite my full coverage policy, Rachel was incredibly helpful, diligent, and supportive. She truly listened to my concerns and promised to fight to get the repairs done right. When Progressive pushed to use cheap aftermarket parts, Rachel stood her ground and insisted on genuine OEM (manufacturer) parts instead. To top it all off, when I picked up my car, it had been completely detailed inside and out—it looked brand new! If you want to support a local business that does quality work and actually fights for you, I cannot recommend them enough.”

“I was not too sure about trading my jeer grand Cherokee in for one with less miles. In sales I dealt with David S. Nice guy.! The day I went to pick up the car, everything seemed to be fine. Drove off the lot. Got a few miles out and all of a sudden engine light came on! Drove back to Lia in Northampton very upset. Then I met Joseph Debuc service guy. I’m pretty sure he saw I was SO disappointed. My anxiety was high! Joe gave me a loaner to use until they could find what was wrong. It took a few days but thanks to Dave S and Joe all was fixed. And Dave S was my salesman. Keeping my fingers crossed that all is fixed, thanks to Joe D keeping my cat!”

“Louie is everything you want in a mechanic—knowledgeable, communicative, reliable, skilled, efficient. He really puts the time into doing things right, at a fair price, with a quick turnaround. By far the best experience with a mechanic that I’ve had.”

“Absolutely love everyone at Indie Auto. I recently moved to the area, and both wanted and needed a new mechanic(s) that I could actually TRUST to work on my Volvo. Extremely happy with everything about my experience. I brought my 2001 V70 T5 to them with the intent to stop the many oil leaks, which they did very successfully. What I already asked was a somewhat large job, but they replaced many other worn and leaking parts while already in there. Even being sent pictures of the car as it was worked on with updates was awesome. Very good quality work, Greg and Brian know EVERYTHING Volvo & Saab. My new go-to, I can't recommend everyone at Indie Auto more! 10/10.”

“Affordable and timely mannered repairs at M&M. Theresa and Pancho are great. They are very professional and respectful. I come here all the time for my inspections. My son`s jeep had his fuel tank fall due to rusted tank straps and damaged his tank and fuel lines as well as the rear diff cover, hardware and gasket. I called Pancho and had the vehicle towed to the shop. Theresa and Pancho`s team of knowledgeable mechanics got my son`s jeep running again in a short time. M&M Auto Repair is a reputable trustworthy shop to bring your repair needs to.”

“I took my wife’s car into Norm’s because someone I trust recommended the owner, Cody, and it was the best recommendation I’ve ever been given. Cody and his workers are damn good. They gave me an accurate quote on the work that was needed and also a timeframe and they kept their word on everything. The car looks great and the quality of the work is excellent. I recommend Cody and his business with no worries that you won’t be happy with them. I can’t think of another business I’ve ever said that about and I think it will be a long time before I ever get another recommendation from someone on any business that is as honest and performs the kind of high quality work that I received from Cody at Norm’s Auto Body on Railroad St in Hadley, MA. 5 Stars!”

“At O’Briens I got an oil change, an exhaust replacement and rear suspension enhancement for my Toyota Tacoma. This summer, parts came in piecemeal but I could wait for everything and come in once. I towed my trailer before the work and thought I was going to die on the hills to NY. After the rear end work and exhaust replacement, I was king of the road, man. No hesitation, steady ascent from here to Binghamton. A good reliable result for 16.5’ trailer towing. I came in to the next door business for my trailer and Todd was sure to check my ubolts for tightness without my request. Charlie, the senior customer support dog, was extremely attentive while I waited.”

Just recently took my Jeep Grand Cherokee in due to A/C not working and ESP mechanics diagnosed the issue, quoted me a fair price, and resolved my issue. They are very competent, hard-working mechanics, and do not rip you off. Friendly staff who care about doing the job right and care about their customers. Thank you, ESP Auto!”

“I called this shop while broken down, with a 23-year-old work van (Chevy Astro) that I need to keep on the road. They had never seen me or my old truck before; but they tackled a fairly extensive project on a rusty truck; and though I had to wait, it was mostly for parts to come in. They got me back on the road without breaking the bank; and they were courteous and professional. Not sure they could have been any better. CSN”

“I took my car to 3 different mechanics to fix my heater issue in my 2017 Chevy trax, they all told me I needed to take it to a dealer (the dealer quoted me $2k to fix the heater), that’s when I found Greg’s Auto Shop. When I called, he took the time to hear me out and set me up for diagnostics based off our conversation. I wasn’t sure if he’d be able to fix the problem but he had the heat fixed that day! And for less than half the price! The professionalism, consideration and integrity is what will be bringing me back to Greg’s. I have told everyone I know about this auto shop and I couldn’t speak more highly about it! I definitely recommend this shop for your auto care needs.”

“Unbelievable. One of my tires went flat on the way to work and I was in a pinch. I quickly called Duffy to see what they could do. I was able to get a new set of tires ordered, installed, and alignment done same day… to put it lightly they did me a major solid! On top of the competitive pricing and incredibly friendly service, I don’t think there’s a question this is where you need to go.”
