Kevin Mahaffy makes my visits so comfortable. He is a hearing aid user and, as such, can empathize with users and makes patients totally comfortable. The office staff is welcoming and easy going. They have built a great practice. Informal atmosphere and high levels of professionalism and expertise.

Jen, once again, did an amazing job helping my father with his hearing aids. I can't thank her enough for taking the time to deliver and fit his hearing aids. WNHC manage all aspects of the problems--testing, cleaning, repairs, etc. and they make it easy. Jen is great, and I love the whole staff.

Kevin has been wonderful to my 90 year old Mother so patient getting her satisfied with her hearing aids. Recently had a problem with them and he got her a loaner pair and a wonderful girl Jen actually delivered them all the way to Moms house in Marlborough saving us from having to travel to Newton. Great people!
