One time I went there and bought a bunch of stuff and left my bag of shopping there and went back just to get attitude and said that It’s my problem and the other customer behind me probably took it. I asked for them ti review the cameras and was denied. So I lost like $48 worth of my shopping. Second time maybe because I was wearing a face mask (I was sick) one guy was following me around like I was gonna steal something or rob them.. I asked him to stop following me and keep asking me if he can help, I said no and he kept following me. I bought what I went for and promised myself I will never go back to this location. And lastly, another time I went and I had a bunch of coupons on my app which weren’t expired and I asked for help and they said they couldn’t help me cause something is wrong with the app.. I asked him just apply the discount and extra bucks and they didn’t, I just left everything there and went to another cvs in Newton and there was no issue there, they bypassed the system and even told me I can keep the extra bucks on my app which we’re gonna expire anyways, I never used them but I was happy with that location and that crew.

Your store hours online say open until 12. I needed to pick up OTC medication for my baby after getting discharged from the hospital and the store clerk stood at the door at 11:08PM and would not allow me in as he was letting a group of people out of the store.

I always have a great experience here. I see in the comments folks complaining about lines. At the pharmacy the most you will experience a line is at 2pm, after lunch, ant this is expected. And we are usually quickly taken care of. At the front 99.99% of the time you go in and see a line, there is no one at self check- out. I usually just do that and speed up the process! So what are we complaining about? Some of us are too impatient and unreasonable. It's a pharmacy for Pete's sake! Everyone, needs to get the service they deserve. Sometimes explaining to folks have to be done. The world 🌎 is for all of us. Be patient 🙏 😌. And I don't work for CVS!❤️

The pharmacy staff are so rude. I was in urgent care with flu symptoms while being immune compromised and Anna refused to fill my prescription and told me to come back the next day.I want to highlight I was there in ample time for them to fill the prescription . Fully aware that I’m positive for flu and can be detrimental to my health to start the medication late and also just unsafe to consistently expose people to flu antigens. I recommended centre street CVS better. At least they care about the paying patrons there.

My review is not about the staffs friendliness or accuracy it is about the shortage of staff members they need to hire more pharmacists they need it and more technicians and the technicians need a raise in there because they are doing five people's jobs and getting paid for one and also yourself check out is ridiculously set up you have one cashier three self checkout machines and only one takes cash I had to wait a long time to get to the one that takes cash

This is our primary place for quick pharmaceutical needs. The location is convenient and most of all, the staff is well trained and very friendly.Keep up the great work at this location CVS. The other CVS locations I can’t comment on for we always come here and have been since we moved nearby in 2018.

I visited this pharmacy to collect my prescription. Despite lunch hours supposedly starting at 1:30, the shutter was lowered at 1:20. Although I managed to get assistance before the official break, the representative's demeanor was rude. After receiving my medication, I politely requested to use the restroom on-site, but was flatly refused, with the explanation that it's not for public use. As a loyal customer who travels quite a distance to this specific CVS location, I was shocked and disappointed by the representative's lack of courtesy. This incident does not mark the first time I've encountered such rudeness from this staff.

I want to thank ALL personal n staff of this location for being profesional and smart,responsive and compassionate. Specially recently Liandry, ( sorry if I error typo ) a afro american worker which succeed My expectations noticing interaction between my meds that I was completely unaware off
. I been dealing with complex Lot of health issues n very sensitive ingredient. And this employee was able to notice it n informed me inmediately. HUGE THANKS FOR HIM. He seems smart, responsive,responsable,humble, kind and a special eye in detail n attention. I strongly recomend this employee and he is very capable and experienced!! THANKS so much ! My experience in this pharmacy is outstanding with all staff n pharmacist are always responsive. Even in busy days they handle well. N are EXTREMELY profesional. I want to ADD that My recent visit, Kevin also fulfilled my expectations calling me to inform me that My meds we're covered now by insurance. He explained what happened. With the help of his boss pharmacist. I think they all make a good team and this stars reviews should go top five by my opinión. Ppl in these área are very picky but they need to understand that they work really hard.

I leave in a bad mood every time I shop at this CVS but today the worst. Just trying to maneuver through the aisles is difficult. The majority of the aisles are blocked by employees with carts taking inventory or stocking shelves. When I try to get down the aisle the employees act annoyed that they have to move and make room for me to pass through. I wouldn’t mind as much if it was just one or two aisles but it’s almost all of them blocked with carts. Some aisles are blocked with carts and no employee around so with my hands full I have to struggle to move the abandoned cart just to get down the aisle to get the item I need.
Then when I go to check out there is nobody at the registers and a line about 6 people deep at the self checkout. One of the self checkout registers is flashing and nobody is able to use it until it is cleared by an employee but no one is around. I guess they are all too busy clogging up the aisles to check anyone out. As I am finally checking myself out an employee comes to the front registers. I noticed that there are no bags at any of the self checkout registers so I ask the employee for bags. He hands me ONE bag. I had 10 items and some of them larger items, they didn’t all fit in one bag. When I turn around to ask him for another bag poof he has disappeared again. So I gather up my purchases in my arms and make my way out of the store. Why does it have to be this difficult? I don’t mind self checkout but please make sure the computers are working and there are bags for your customers. It’s frustrating and inconvenient to have to deal with rude employees and feel like I am an annoyance to them just by trying to walk through the store and have a bag to put my items in. There are other CVS stores around that make it a more pleasant experience. This location is convenient on my way home from work but it’s just not worth the bad vibes I get in this store.

When was the last time you had a good experience at a CVS? Never, right? Well go here and look for Chiu, the pint-sized Beauty Consultant with an outsized personality and even greater friendliness and eagerness to help. I will definitely go out of my way to stop and say hi. WE NEED MORE PEOPLE LIKE HER!!!!!!
