Well go here and look for Chiu, the pint-sized Beauty Consultant with an outsized personality and even greater friendliness and eagerness to help. I will definitely go out of my way to stop and say hi. WE NEED MORE PEOPLE LIKE HER!!!!!!

CVS has removed hair relaxers from the shelf, a product it has been selling for many years. It has also removed this product from its online store. If you ask the store employees, they have no answer about why. Transparency would be appreciated.

Very nice and helpful staff, very welcoming, the pharmacist was also very helpful. Although we got there very late but they stayed to help us without rushing us. :)

Customer Service is great! I get exactly what I need. HUGE Thank you to Ms. Victoria in the Pharmacy she just gave me my TDAP shot, and it was my very first shot that I’ve ever gotten by myself without my mom being there. Thank you so much Victoria!❤️?❤️?❤️?

DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY FOR ANYTHING TIME SENSITIVE. My Dr. faxed in a prescription. Three days later, the automated line still shows nothing in the system. Tried calling three different times at different times of the day. Nobody picked up after long times of waiting. Asked my Dr. to try to call the special RX line and see if they had inputted it. They hadn't - the office told me they had re-sent the fax and asked that I make sure they put it in this time. As of now it's still not showing on the auto line so here I sit, on hold going on an hour and a half with nobody picking up. I had no choice but to go here because my normal CVS didn't stock this medication, but if you have an option go literally anywhere else.

Just called corporate to complain about the pharmacy manager, corporate was no help if you are smart stop using CVS pharmacy worst customer service experience and corporate doesn't care. Pharmacy manager is idiot and liar shouldn't be working with customers. Never shopping with CVS again!!

DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY FOR ANYTHING TIME SENSITIVE. They don't pick up calls. They don't input prescriptions. I doubt they actually fill them either, if you can get that far. My Dr. faxed in a prescription over three days ago. Today the automated line still shows that the pharmacy hasn't even entered it, much less filled it. The pharmacy is completely inept. They have no idea what they're doing and they never fill orders when the say they will. I'm not expecting perfection but at least do your job and fill a medication when you say you will, I got two medications two days late because of their incompetence. Heeyoon the pharmacist is especially bad

Absolutely horrible pharmacy. they don't answer calls, they have untenable wait times, they don't fill prescriptions and treat their customers like trash.

While trying to fill antibiotics for my child—pharmacy said they were out of stock. When I asked the pharmacist if she could check which CVS has it in stock she said she could just give me a phone number. Very unhelpful. But the next CVS actually checked for me and helped me find one in stock (CVS on boylston street). Stay away from this CVS. They don’t care about their customers.

It’s sad how this “health facility” as CVS likes to brand themselves, does not have a bathroom this and several CVS is will not allow you to use their bathroom which I think is sickening as a “health facility”

Absolutely the worst customer service imaginable. Do not use their photo center, the employees do not know any of the available options. All I needed was to have a 2" x 2" inch passport photo printed. They refused, saying that it wasn't an option (which wasn't true, they could but their photo "expert" wasn't properly trained). She insisted that to get a 2x2 photo, I had to pay for them to take my picture (doubling my passport photo fees), and only then they could give me a 2x2 photo. The other untrained employee suggested I order an 8"x10" portrait and cut it down, which would have been rejected by the US State Department. Untrained employees, poor service, long wait times, avoid at all costs.

The Brazilian girl in that store says she’s the manager she’s very rude disrespectful and said she could treat people anyway she want because they will not do anything to her she will be there today tomorrow and in the future I’ve never was disrespected by some girl had no reason why I have to know she’s Brazilian she threw that in my face like something that she was better than me
