“I brought my coat in on a whim, it's a $1200 Mackage coat and I was ready to throw it away after it got a tear in the elbow, but gave it one last try to ask Crystal Cleaners if they had a solution. I cannot believe my eyes as I pick up this coat. It looks brand new, like it never had a hole in it and she made both elbows look identical, so you'd never know there was a tear on either side.
