“Forget any bad experience you’ve had at other UPS Stores, this location is a gem! I can’t say enough good things about this Newton branch. The staff are very friendly and helpful, plus they have an awesome self-scanning system that allows for Amazon returns, plus self-printing UPS labels for Zappos, Nike and any other company that sends pre-paid labels. I’m always in and out within minutes and see other customers with more complicated shipping needs being helped with ease. UPS Stores are franchises, so it’s like supporting a local business.”
“Our group had t-shirts made by Studio24 for a public hearing. The work was well done, and when it turned out that we needed our shirts a day earlier than they realized, the worked way past closing to get it done. Then they waited up way past their closing time, because I got lost on thecway to pick up. Good people!”

“Please do yourself a favor and go to Gnomon Copy with any and all of your custom printing needs!!!! I felt like Nate and Chris were my personal printing assistants! They were SO helpful and responsive via email and helped me get exactly what I needed (and helped me figure out what that was!) I had designed place cards, programs, and a seating chart on Canva for our wedding, and needed lots of copies printed with different designs in different sizes (not simple to do at a place like kinkos, CVS, or other print shops). At Gnomon, I simply sent over what I’d made, wrote out the general dimensions we were going for, and presto! Nate and Chris made it happen and the prices were very transparent and affordable. Truly, the last week before our wedding was so low stress and easy, in large part because the team at gnomon copy was so professional, communicative and excellent. I can’t recommend working with them highly enough.”

“I have used Ziprint about 4-5 times in the last 3 years. They've always done a get job. This time around, I had to give them a review (something I don't do) because the owner when above and beyond for my family. We lost our daughter Grace who died 3 days after birth and needed bookmarks to give our to family members and friends. We contacted Ziprint and asked if they could do this in less than 24 and they accepted. They owner stayed after hours to complete our order. We picked it up at 9:15 pm since her funeral was early the next morning. Plus, he made extras for us. This is what I call an exceptional service being rendered to a grieving family. I will recommend Ziprint to anyone anyday. Thank you again Ziprint for being there for us when we needed you.”

He was highly-communicative and always available to answer my (many) questions. Sir Speedy provided proofs so we could ensure color-matching and pick the paper style we liked. “Excellent staff and very quick service. My relatives always complain about the pain of shipping items and returning items so I used to avoid both as much as possible. Then I came into this ups for a return earlier this year and I was blown away by how friendly and quick it was. In town FedEx is 20 mins at counter apparently, but this was in and out in under 3 mins for shipping past week. Glad for this option!!”

“The employees at this UPS are truly the epitome of above and beyond. There was a line due to the Amazon kiosk being down, and the employees stayed calm while trying to additionally assist myself and others waiting for the kiosk. I quickly learned about the nuisances and complications of shipping a package to Canada, which is international, and the amount of in-head knowledge this job requires. The employees were so patient and reasonable with the customers, who were frustrated at not understanding cost, etc. Both customers by the end were happy and delighted by the help and resolution they got from the employees.
Normally, you'd probably think - why write a review for a UPS? But the service from the employees was so 'above and beyond' that it needed to be recognized.”
