Winmark Technology provides computer repair and IT support services. The staff is knowledgeable, very patient, super nice, very helpful, and genuine. They are an amazing resource and very competent, with a friendly and pleasant manner. Service is efficient, with computers often fixed within a few hours or in no time. They solve problems like the blue screen of death, clean up corrupt files, install hardware like extra hard drives, and install new anti-virus software. Support is offered both in-shop and with on-site visits to the office. They take time to ask questions to see if issues can be fixed over the phone. They explain things well and do not make customers feel like idiots for not being computer literate. The expertise is wonderful and a lifesaver for those dependent on computers and networks. Many have worked with several IT people and place this service right at the top. The fees are very reasonable and the price is very reasonable. Customers highly recommend the business and will be using the services for any future PC or laptop work.
