Two stars for the night before, was sold wrong rear wiper. Indifferent service, bad people skills.Today was super service, counter person was very helpful, determined the issue, sold and installed new wiper. Five stars.

Had gotten pine sap on my car, went to Advance to see about getting something to remove it. Hector recommended something, then proceeded to go outside and clean the car for me. Spent a good half hour getting everything off. Even cleaned the windshield for me. Great job and much appreciated!

I had sticky tree sap all over my new car and I went to the auto zone and asked if they sell anything for sticky sap the employer showed me something that’s supposed to help remove sticky sap and I purchased it. Then he went to my car and showed me how to use it and told me once I’m done to go to a car wash so I did exactly as he said to help remove the sticky sap and that ended up leaving huge scarf marks all over the windows all over my car I went to the car wash afterwards and that didn’t help at all. I returned back to the auto zone and he employee there told me what I purchased was for gas not to remove sticky sap. Now the employee Hector R that works there complety ruined my brand new car it left scuff marks that won’t ever remove.* update the Manager reached out to me regarding that situation and he offered to help clean my car and he remove the scarf marks on my windows and gave me a free washcloth and glass cleaner and free sap remover so that I can finish cleaning my whole car when I came home.

Safe to say I will never be coming to an advanced auto ever again, he tried to tell me that my 1987 1st generation Honda CRX does not exist because his computer only shows it was made in only in 1988. “You must’ve gotten it in Japan” GOODBYE ADVANCED. -1 star

Great service, great inventory, great prices!I went in most recently for an engine air filter for my 1999 Ford F150. I went up to the front counter, and the gentleman ran back and forth several times to confirm which of the 3 options were in stock, and at what prices. (I would've found it myself back in the old days when they used to have the parts books on the floor, but he pleasantly literally did the leg work for me.) He found two in stock and I picked the one for ~$25 vs. ~$80 at the competition (with a shipping delay).I've also gotten a few other things there, and have also been amazed at the knowledge of the younger associate.Great team!No more business for the competition.

Store managers shouldn’t be tossing store credit cards at customers. If you go there expecting store credit be prepared for an attitude from the sales clerks.
