About Hertz Car Rental - West Springfield - Riverdale HLE
Hertz Car Rental in West Springfield on Riverdale Street offers a wide selection of vehicles, including luxury and sports cars, SUVs, EVs, vans, and trucks. The process of renting online, picking up, and dropping off the car is described as easy and pleasant with professional and helpful staff, making for a good overall experience. However, some customers report significant issues, including billing discrepancies where final charges were much higher than quoted and problems with vehicle return logistics where cars were mistakenly reported as not returned. Additional complaints mention vehicles heavily smelling of smoke despite a smoke-free policy and that the location frequently does not answer phone calls.

The vehicle reeked of smoke from the prior renter. Not a big deal at all, unless Hertz charges ME for it.
