“Thank you Josh for the great experience in buying our ford edge! thank you for being an HONEST auto salesman! I appreciate everything you have done for my family to get into a car quickly where as our broke down and we needed a new one asap. I appreciate you going above and beyond and being a man of your word as you told me when I first walked into your auto shop " we take pride in our business" and it truly shows. I will be back for my next car in 3-4 years! Again Thank you for everything!”
“I am 2 weeks into my rental with Hertz in West Springfield. Thus far, I have had an amazing experience! My car unfortunately was rear ended and non drivable. I was able to take it to a body shop for repairs, and a very nice man (forgot his name!) met me there with the rental so I did not need a ride to Hertz. So convenient! I had a small problem with that car and needed to exchange, and Jason and Kelly helped me with no problem a few days later! Everything has gone smoothly so far and I would definitely rent from Hertz again!”
