“I went to get my daughter spikes for her first track season. Jason was very knowledgeable and patient in helping us get a good spike that fit well and was comfortable. Thank you”
“Me and my mom came here to buy my sister's kid a pair of sweat pants. It is a gift for Christmas. This place is a clothing store for little kids. They sell t shirts, jeans, sweaters, sweat pants, winter clothing for both girls and boys. They have all kind of different sizes to choose from for both little girls and little boys. The parking lot is big with handicap parking and handicap accessible entrance. They also have curbside pick up and online orders inside the store. The staff and employees are nice and friendly. The floors are clean. Also this place is inside the river Dale road shops. In west springfield Massachusetts.”
“Laid back atmosphere,Wide selection, no pressure for sales. 2 gentleman that checked me out for Nike shox TL were cordial and professional.
Gentleman actually waited on me for sneaker sizing
Even went to retrieve different size 2 times over and never had attitude or seem bothered.
Exceptionally professional and humble.
Will be back 💯”
“Everything was so nicely kept and organized. The staff was so friendly but gave me space to look at what I wanted. At the end during checkout my son was getting antsy. The associate gave him a coloring sheet to keep him occupied. When he was frustrated he had to stop, she gave him a marker to finish at home. It was so kind and helpful and I appreciated this experience so much. Little kindnesses really make a big difference.”

“I got my dress altered by Nghi, and she did a phenomenal job. I knew I loved my dress when I tried it on but seeing it again, and putting it on for my final fitting, I fell more in love with it. It’s my perfect fairytale dress, and Nghi delivered. She even helped my mom figure out the bustles, and was so kind and patient. Thank you Nghi!!”
