“I highly recommend Precision Auto. Very professional, very detailed and their customer service was amazing. I walked in their office with a smile and left with a smile. I have an older vehicle they have diagnosed. They called me about diagnoses and the steps he'd take to repair my old, high mileage Van. Also broke down the pricing of the repairs. Very reasonable ? I happened to Google highly rated auto shops. Guess what, Precision Auto came up. I called and the rest is history. I will forever go to Precision Auto. I've always fixed my own vehicle ( thanks to Googles help). But I just couldn't figure my van problem. Precision of course figured it !!! Thank you”
“Pete and his team are the best!! I live in the Hilltown's so going to Century as a regular customer isn't economical but Pete and his team came to the rescue. My hilltown mechanic believed my rear differential was going and since an exploratory/repair isn't easy in the hiltowns (no auto parts store nearby, can't get parts same day) he suggested going to the dealership and let them diagnose it and come back to him with the repair list. The dealership said nothing was wrong and my car drives smooth. (HA! Rear end shakes but Ok Mazda) so since my Dad (who moved out of the area) has trusted Pete since Pete started, I went to Century. I had a bad tire, thanks again Pete!!!!”

“My son was driving from Maine to Rochester NY and needed two brake hoses replaced on a Saturday. Making an appointment last minute was easy and everyone we spoke with was kind and helpful. Got in at 8:30 on a Sat AM and they were done by 10:30. Very forthcoming about work needed and the time it would take to complete.”

“Caught a flat tire on the mass pike yesterday, called this morning to see if they had my tire size because it’s a unique tire size and they did. Mounted my tire, put it on and had me out of there in like 30 mins. I appreciate Julian and his team so much. From the moment I called to paying the entire experience was great. Definitely don’t regret coming here and will continue to come here. Thank you!”

“I brought my car in for the 48k mile service which included the normal oil change, fluids, tire rotation and inspection. I asked if they could swap my winter wheel set on instead of just rotating the tires. They were mounted on rims and balanced so the only thing they would need to do after taking the wheels off for the rotation or brake inspection was put a different set back on, this usually costs $20 or so at a tire shop but the service manager quoted $130.
Out of principle I decided I would get all the work done somewhere else. I would have been fine with a dealer markup, but to charge a full mount and balance for the time it takes to take my other wheels out of my back seat and put them on is insane.
I'm still going to give 4 stars for the fact that when I bought the car new in 2018 I thought the process was fine and my salesman was awesome, service was mostly great until my last visit, and for reminding me that paying over $200 for an oil + filter change is kind of absurd and you can spend much less by buying what you need and taking it to a local shop”
“After scratching my OEM 20” rims on my 23 Ram 1500 limited truck, I was on the hook for spending thousands of dollars to replace the defaced rims. After doing a bit of research, I decided to take it to a reputable alloy wheel repair shop and see what the options are. Well, I am glad I found this place because not only I didn’t have to spend extra money to replace my rims. I wound up powder coating all of my rims to match the body color on my truck. Not only I saved money (less money than the damaged rims), my truck looks better after the rims were powder coated. Fantastic job and I would recommend this place if anyone out there is looking for a reputable and professional wheel shop.”
