Very good rental. Vehicle was ready when it was requested (2 months in advance) and the girl at the West Springfield location was very helpful and polite. Will definitely use UHaul again for any moving needs

This tool bag (you know who you are) that was taking in the returns added a bunch of charges onto my rental because he smelled cigarette smoke. It doesn't cost $100 to wipe off the side mirrors or spray an air freshener. Never ever going back to them or recommending them to anybody. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!.
