Charged us 2 days when we had the truck for less then 4 hours because the kid behind the register didn’t check the truck in when we dropped it off at closing. We were also charged for fuel discrepancy when we returned it topped off to where it was when we picked it up. Not receiving the appropriate contact back. The general manager Juliana reached out by email only to refund the fuel charge with no response about being charged for an extra day.

Eff this place. Had the truck for 2hours, returned same day. Dropped it off and handed the keys to the human bong rip behind the counter 15mins b4 closing. I got charged a 2nd day of rental, a fee for returning it after hours and they thought the gas was low. Spent over a week on the phone with customer service who was helpful but.... I also asked them to call me back after 3pm. 2x they called me at 630am. After a week with customer service i did get a small refund, waiting to see if the other refund will show up. I dont believe it will. So screw U-Haul. Use Budget or something else. 2 stars because the truck didnt break down on me and customer service was pretty good

They are so freaking rude and they charged for coverage that I told them I don’t need and they didn’t even give me the refund back. They are very very rude and not worth ur time

I'm glad I'm more then competent these people where not and not at all trained renting the truck went well got in it to find it absolutely sticky the side windows covered in dog sobbler(God I hope) there was a pair of mens underwear a tooth brush cigarettes everywhere. I cleaned the glass the truck up to a acceptable level the paperwork claimed a full tank it was not it waa 3/4 and I returned the next day to comment on the truck and rent a trailer. The two little lady's didn't even know how to hook up a trailer after waiting 15 minutes because I was told i couldn't hook it up I ended being asked if I knew how to the manager or trainer didn't want to show them and told them and I qoute just figure it out. I hitched it and found the trailer to have three chains and a missing cable they just grabbed it off a different trailer. Glad the lights worked. Went to load the trailer im looking at it's bent and the ramps had to be forcefully pulled out loaded it the rachet was rusted had to use my PB blaster to free it. Then I had the trailer bearing or breaks seize a tire up 4 miles down the road with my 2018 SUV on it. Let it cool brought it to the shop. Left with the bearings singing. Then returning the trailer I was told you can just unload it after waiting 15 minutes. Then the coupler stuck to the hitch inspecting it I found the internal latch to bent I had to jack it up picking up the truck and had to jump on the tail of the trialer to get it off to use the pick-up to go to work. Im only giving them a two star review because they rent to 20yos. Very upset at mangment for not teaching egar employees and putting the public at risk. I'm sure they didn't fix the trailer it was gone off the lot when I dropped my truck off the next morning. Very very poor practices. Attached is a photo of the frist gross thing I found

I should have read the reviews before scheduling a tow hitch install. I placed an order on the website a month ago, for an install on a Saturday. I was called two days prior that the install person was going to be out and I would need to reschedule (they also apparently don't do installs on Saturdays- then why offer it online??). I was given the run around on the phone - transferred to Chicopee to install, but Chicopee said to go through this location because 'they already ordered the parts'. So rescheduled with WS for today. I took off from work, found childcare and was two minutes away from this location when they left me a voicemail saying they wouldn't be able to do the install due to a "software glitch" and them not having the parts. Seriously?? How unprofessional. I went anyway and asked for a refund. BEWARE.

Over charged, rude employees and truck worthy of an accident starter. I paid in advance for 30mi. I drove 9mi. I was charged $94.46 in total. It was a sliver under where the gas was and they charged me for 4gallons at $18/gal plus $30 because they drove to the gasstation. They must have been looking for a reason to get away from other work and had to document by charging me. And the truck they gave me struggled so bad to get up to speed, empty and with the one couch i had in there. Ridiculous. The other local uhaul l rented from the week before, had no issues. You're better off waiting for one of the other locations to have availability.

They tried to jack up the price 200$ from what I was quoted, truck sounded like a tow truck from the 70s exhuast leak and all (15ft ford ),average 7.5 mpg on high way no where to put your left foot flat wound up with a leg cramp whole time in the 580 mile trip .seat didn't even go all the way back to back wall of cab. Made a whistling sound (gas engine) half the time driving it .didn't shift right .truck only had 105k and I was scared it wasn't gonna make it to my destination as it sounded ruff .wouldn't rent another again

Rude, disrespectful, snobby. Charged me extra without asking. Vehicles were dirty and smells of smoke. Truck and trailer broke down. Unsafe to rent from this company

TERRIBLE!!!!needed propane in my class B camper and was refused a refill as the employee was not able to verify the date on the tank.. the unit is underneath the van, with no easy access, never had an issue with this..I know the law states unit 12 yrs old or older need to re certified, but my camper is not even 2 yrs old! RIDICULOUS POLICY , not what the Law says!!!

I called to ask for an extension and I get NO PROBLEM it'll be a 20 late fee and now worries..Not 1 call to me..My daughter gets a ltter stating they are going to keep all my belongings after 2 weeks..

Employees will make you do their job for them ie checking the mileage and gas level, driving around to different employees to ask questions, complaining about working there etc

This place is almost comical. Worst service I've ever received considering I payed around $3,000 for this service. Upon walking in staff gives dirty looks while drinking lattes and sitting down and talking, sooo lazy and disgusting attitude. Not even greeted. Also they charged hundreds of dollars in BOGUS FEES and refused to give money back. Total scammers.

Overall experience was passable but when dropping off expect to get a charge in your email for some overage in mileage or even slightly off on filling gas will cost you! Dont except a heads up in advance ie dropoff and dont compromise on your dropoff point because of extra costs

Propane refill, prompt and friendly help. Quickly filled the tank, was able to pay outside which was convenient and be on my way.
