U-Haul Moving & Storage of West Springfield offers a wide range of moving solutions, including truck rentals, trailers, cargo vans, pickup trucks, and self-storage. Customers have had mixed experiences, with some reporting passable overall experiences but issues with unexpected charges for mileage or gas. However, others have praised the prompt and friendly service, particularly for propane refills. While one customer had a negative experience with the manager, the issue was later resolved, and the manager was commended for their assistance. Overall, the business provides great customer service, but there have been some concerns regarding the reliability of access cards and the fulfillment of promotional offers.
Went in on the fly to rent a truck, with no reservation, and the lady in front was very cool, she made it simple and easy, taking photos of the truck with the link given was also a breeze. If I remembered her name she would get a shoutput!! Thank you tho
