“1.) Lower than average "island" gas prices.2.) Also get to use Stop & Shop gas discount points here.3.) Newer, clean facility with nice convenience store as well.4.) Multiple self-service pumps resulting in only short wait to pull up during peak summer months.5.) Even a car wash!Hence the 5 Stars rating for a MV gas station!!”
“This isn't just a convenience store or souvenir shop, but a full "general store" as the name implies. I stopped by with a friend on a recent day trip around the island and found not only drinks, snacks, and other conveniences, but also a well-stocked toy section (!), plenty of groceries, and even plenty of copies of the weekend Financial Times (!). Perhaps it isn't what it was long ago to locals - which is perhaps why the average Yelp rating is so low - but, personally, I found it to be a well-stocked store relative to local population and demand. It should be not only a solid stop for tourists, but also a welcome resource for locals. I'm glad we made time to visit and check it out.”
