“I showed up 30 minutes before closing just to see if they had any decent recliners. Catherine was awesome! I told her I won't keep you late I'm just looking. She asked a couple questions of what I was looking for, she took me to the right location, boom. There it was. Found the one I loved. The color, the size, the price!!! Catherine and her boss were very nice, laid back, very chill and an absolute pleasure to work with. So as I bought the chair my wife found a possible future couch there as well. We will 100% be going back to Bobs in Hyannis ma for our future furniture needs! Outstanding service, products and quality. I was very impressed”
“Christy and Shannon literally saved our lives by getting my 2009 Hearthstone gas log stove up and running after not working for 2- 3 years. Took Christy less than an hour to fix it and Shannon, her partner cleaned and put in extra rocks, they are a great team. We were without power for 4 days from the storm and the whole house was so warm! We wouldn't have been able to stay if it wasn't for them! Thank you so much Iron House! Highly Highly recommend them.”

“A great place for unfinished furniture. I refinished desks and chairs for my kids, and a roll top desk for myself over the years, all purchased from Mill Stores. As you walk in, the aroma of raw wood is great.”
“I do love this store. I spend quite a bit of money in there on a regular basis. What I don't love is listening to the employee discuss politics with customers. I shop to escape. I don't enjoy going in to a store and listening to political gibberish.”

When I got home, I had an issue with the lighting mechanism on the solar lantern I'd purchased. I reached out to the store, and received a quick response from Betsy (the owner). She replaced the part, promptly shipping it to my house in NY, and now it is perfect! Best customer service I've had in a long time!”

“This is my favorite thrift store on the cape. I've found great clothes and bags here for both myself and my husband. The prices are really great and the store is immaculate I also love the items side there are so many great furniture pieces and vintage glassware.”
