“The pictures of this hotel online look so great...but the reality of it is a little lack-luster. The public spaces inside of the hotel have a really musty smell that sort of permeated all of our belongings. The room was clean and smelled a little TOO fresh (like you could tell the musty scent was being covered). But that was my biggest complaint. The smell kind of made me feel uncomfortable while we were there, which is a big drawback. But the staff were very kind and helpful - they let my kids swim for 10min while they shut the outdoor pool down and one of the staff members remembered me looking for my phone and followed up the next day to ensure that I found it. The breakfast room was great - my kids loved making their own waffles and picking from different juices. The pools were amazing, too. We swam every night and spent one full day at the outdoor pool - the sand area was a hit for the kids. My husband and I loved the bar. And we all loved the pool. Very clean and nice. I wish the hotel didnt smell so funky because it was amazing, otherwise. The smell is a deterrent for me, personally, BUT we met another family who stays there every year despite the smell. I recommend that you consider the smell and stay if it wouldn't bother you! We had a great time despite the scent.”
“The Manager/Owner was curtious and pleasant. The parking was ample and acceptable. You can see that they have done some remodeling to the rooms and furnishing, with a few short cuts taken. The room appeared clean and the bed was comfortable. It was in a good location based on my needs. I will use it again on my next trip to the area.”
“Can't wait to come back. Rooms are clean and nicely lit. Hair dryer and iron. Restaurant serves full breakfast and dinner. Lunch by the pool was delicious. Irish entertainment in 2nd floor bar.”

“Great hotel, friendly staff, many lovely upgrades in the past few years. I just want to give a heads up to the owner and parents of small toddlers that the kiddy pool fence does have a small area that is not fully enclosed and little ones can easily squeeze through as we found out. I’d suggest blocking it behind the shed. Over all 5 ⭐️”
