My appointment was on Wednesday, but he let me bring my car there on Tuesday and he has a key drop for after hours He called me and told me it was that left front bering and that eventually I would need two back brakes and maybe some spark plugs I asked him if he had time to do those also He did. Now I have very nice cool ride back. He was very professional, thorough and respectful I will definitely go there again”

“I had been a customer of Paul from the mid 70's to the mid 90's. Until I relocated to another distant area.
Now some 30 years later. I have returned much closer to this area once again. In doing so. Relocating and making new adjustments to the area was not too difficult.
However, my best conquest in my current move back here was learning my past auto mechanic Paul's Auto Repair was still in business on Phillips St.
What a surprise it was to walk in and renew our friendship and business relationship once again. Having Paul as my mechanic once more has put me back in my comfort zone or as some call it, my happy place.
Talking to him and listening to him talk to his customers via the phone or at the shop. Has shown me he still maintains his strong work ethics and his focus to deliver quality work. I have always appreciated his honesty. Paul has no problem informing you of what work really needs to be done now or maybe a little later. Case in point, my rear brakes were in very near in need of replacement. . However, he also said that my front brakes had possibly another 3000 miles left on them. With that being said I will make another date to have them inspected again at 2,500 miles.
With this type of respect, kindness, professionalism, and honesty. This is the class of mechanic I choose to have working for me and my family.”

The new owner, John, was employed by Jeff. Since John has taken over the shop I confidentially feel he has stepped right into Jeff's shoes by his honesty & his knowledge. “I’ve had nightmare dealings with car dealerships in the past but this was complete opposite. From walking in to then getting my vehicle it was a very positive experience. The communication has been top notch and the salesman, Zach, was extremely friendly, honest and very personable. The negotiation itself was the smoothest I’ve ever dealt with. I purchased the vehicle in MA but registered it in RI. I ended up meeting the “runner” at the DMV to swap cars which i found odd but even the runner was a great guy! I later spoke with who I believe was the sales manager as well who was very friendly once everything was squared away. I would 1000% recommend this dealer and specifically Zach for those individuals shopping for cars!”
“I started going here 2 years ago. With a couple of older vehicles between my wife and I, we've had more repairs that we would care to admit, but have had an overall positive experience.
Pros - They have a front desk and the woman who usually staffs it is helpful and very knowledgeable, they take appointments and generally can take you within a day or two if you're willing to give them the car for the day, they're transparent about pricing, and the mechanic usually calls to discuss any work and the estimate before proceeding. We've had no surprise charges or unwanted work done. They also do inspections. We also had a repair issue that needed to be repeated and they honored the warranty for the very expensive part with no questions. Overall they're very communicative and transparent.
Cons - Sometimes they require a deposit for a part. They usually close right at 5pm and are closed on weekends.
We'll continue to go back and have been pretty happy and satisfied to date.”

“Bob and his store runs a great local Westborough service for repairing and tuning blowers and mowers. After having no problems for 6 years, lately I started to have starting problems with my snowblower. Bob put me on his list, picked it up before the start of the winter and had it dropped off a week later freshly tuned up. Quite recently the gas was leaking and he took care of it as a service from his previous work. You will need to be patient with Bob, he is super busy with a long queue of service requests. But he takes care of you in a timely manner. He also provides timely maintenance advice for preventing general problems with your blowers or mowers. Overall, I would recommend his service.”
