“We got a flat tire driving during a winter storm on a Sunday morning. Got the spare on and called Mavis to check if they can fix it. Was told there’s no wait and that they can fix it right away, unlike a competitor who said they had a 45 min wait. The service rep greeted us warmly and the rep and technician examined the tire, checked for the leak, and fixed it within half and hour. Excellent and efficient service!”

“I purchased 4 tires online for my suv and needed a service center to install the tires almost immediately. After calling numerous service centers all of which were at least a week wait, I came across Fiore's Automotive online. I called and a young lady receiving calls immediately scheduled me for an appointment the very next day. Upon arriving at 8 a.m. I was further asked if I would like an alignment (An additional service that was weeks out everywhere else). I had all four tires put on, balanced and an alignment. This is the first time conducting business at Fiore's and it will not be the last. Professional, courteous, friendly and fast. Great experience”

“The most honest, well priced and genuine group of guys you could ever have the pleasure of doing business with. After Meineke issued me a 7 Day Warning R Red inspection sticker and fabricated several issues to try and con me out of over $700, I took my car to this location and they not only confirmed NONE of the issues were present, they were kind enough to do an lookover just to be sure. I’ve taken my car here several times since for brake services and I will never go anywhere ever again, if I could give 6/5 stars I would.”

“Gem of an auto service shop in the heart of Massachusetts. Every time I've been in for inspections/service (including brakes/calipers etc), the staff are always no-nonsense in identifying issues and associated fixes. I never feel like I'm getting jerked around or played with in regard to upselling services/parts (*cough* unlike the dealership *cough*). Always quick service and the price is very competitive with both local auto shops and the car dealership (which it usually beats by $100 or more at the bottom line). Strongly recommend bringing your personal or company auto service business to Rand's.”

“Had a pin hole leak on my 1990 K2500 Silverado front tire. The tires are at least 25 years old as the unit does not get much use. I Took the tire off and bought it to the Shrewsbury branch. I figured it would cost me at least the price of new tire. They called me the next day to pick it up - cost was $27.26. They installed a new valve. I really appreciate the fact they did only what was needed at an extremely reasonable price. The crew up there was courteous as well.”

“I have been going to Icar for 3 years now. Not once, have I had a bad experience. I have so far fixed or replaced alternator, condensor, brakes, belts, drive shafts and other basic tasks. Every job has held up its performance beyond the specification. I drive over 4000 miles a month for Uber and my car goes under serious stresses. I need it to be reliable and after a long time I have discovered a car shop that can do it right and quickly too. Prices are very competitive and the front staff is informed and prompt.”

I arrived late, but the team welcomed me like a VIP. Someone opened the door for me, greeted me warmly, and immediately made me feel that they were there to help.
