“As with all other stores of target , this one was also very well organized and clean . Always love to check this store for any offers and discounted prices . They had so many good deals for dress/ shoes etc . There is a Starbucks inside . shopping and coffee helps overall ... not Many store associates Around to help. Billing is a little slow , because all the counters were closed and they only had auto-checkout machines.. prices are a little high as compared to other stores , but they do price match if u show them competitive prices . Lots and lots of parking outside ... Overall a good experience”

She is wonderful and goes above and beyond to make sure my purchase is exactly I am looking for and need. She never pressures you to buy. Everything we have purchased there has been a very fair price and has held up over time. We have purchased complete bedroom and living room sets and more recently a new mattress. My husband and I took a lot of time trying out all of the beds before deciding and never felt rushed. Lisa listened to both my husband's and my preferences for a mattress and helped us pick one out that we would both be happy with. We love our new mattress. “I had such a great experience at Ashley Furniture in Westborough! They had by far the largest selection of furniture I found while shopping at really reasonable price points. The showroom is huge, which made it easy to compare styles and find exactly what I was looking for.

The biggest standout, though, was the customer service. Deb helped me from start to finish and was absolutely wonderful. She was incredibly friendly, patient, and knowledgeable, and it truly felt like she had my best interests in mind throughout the entire process. She went above and beyond to make everything seamless, stress-free, and personal, and I never felt pressured. “I had 1 bad check out experience. Infact I thought this staff member was having a bad day. So I brushed it off but ive experienced her at least 2x and concluded she couldn't be having a bad day all the time. Attitude was not polite, like she was doing me a favor meanwhile I was paying $$$ for the stuff I was purchasing. Been coming here ( Shrewsbury location) since we moved to MA in 2015. She's my 1 bad experience for the last 11 years. So ill definitely recommend shopping here. They're helpful when the price checker isn't working. You print a price tag on an item and at check out its different, either than ir more than sometimes. The place is always neat and 95% of the times, the cashiers, customer service team are polite.”
