I have no idea how this happened, but a certified letter was sent from Florida to Westborough, Ma. It was stuck in Shrewsbury distribution center for more than 25 hours, delivered to Westborough and although no signature was required, they didn't deliver. It may be 10 days and recipient needs to go to the post office to retrieve it!! And we paid extra $$$ for this non-service??!

Had to wait a few days for a package that arrived two days prior. Went to pick up the package some old old guy kept giving me attitude who worked kept trying to give me attitude. Can't say it was only threw one experience. Do yourself a favor and find another post office

Trying to drop something here for mailing, I got the package and the label, the old lady sitting there telling me I had to tape it. I saw there's a tape right there on the table, can i just use that, she said i have to pay four dollars to buy the tape in an extremely rude tone. I directly left the store, I would rather throw the four dollars away than buying the tape from her. Worst USPS store I've ever been to.

The rudest old woman I’ve ever encountered in my life works here and frankly should not. No one was in line behind me, I asked what size box she would recommend to mail two Christmas presents and she stared blankly before telling me they would NOT fit in a flat rate box. Thanks. Not at all helpful. I literally left to go to another post office where human beings work.

Omg if i can give this place a negative 0. i would!!!This is the most AWFUL place to do business with.Fist account: i had a priority mail and they completely lost track of it. not knowing where my mail went. They had me back and forth waiting for days to then tell me they didn't understand how to read the system and only the manager knew how to read the system which ment the my mail got sent back to sender. (After days and days of going back and forth with them) Mike, the manager, so unhelpful and rude just like his employees. I am sure that they the employees are rude becase the manager is rude lol.Second account: the lady is pushing me rushing me out of the window taking other customers while she still not done with me and i am still at the window. ,not the first time she does this, i think she is more rude than Mike.The only nice person there is the guy that is at the send window. He should be the manager. Since he has good manners.Other than that I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT AGAIN IN THIS PLACE. WHAT A HEADACHE!!! MIKE, if you are a manager u need to look up after ur customers .They make ur business run.Itsncalled BASIC CUSTOMER SERVICE.please learn. I mean.. the rating reviews of thisnparticual postal office says it all! Its not just me!

My packages are not moving from this location on time. I have given my parcels on Nov 28th. But still(after 2 days)the status is showing pre transit.

Since when does the USPS not allow you to use tape?!? I mean I know we’re hurting with the recession and all but really!?
