“We visited Manny's Appliances in Westfield MA 3 times. After our 1st visit we purchased a GE refrigerator and an electric GE stove with coil burners....both in white. Our salesperson was David Lunden. After much thought, we revisited the store the next day and looked over our purchases and questioned things we hadn't thought about when we purchased the items. Our salesperson that day was Carlos Jackson and he gave us more insight on the appliances. On the 3rd day we revisited the store with a completely different mind set and decided to go with chrome rather than the white for our appliances; our salesperson was Rick Fournier. With Rick's assistance, we chose chrome appliances and a total different model for the refrigerator, but stayed with the GE brand name. We landed up with a more expensive appliances, but we were happier with our purchases. All 3 salespersons were exceptional in their knowledge of the products that they were selling. The delivery date was on time and the delivery service was again exceptional. The workers who removed our old appliances and delivered the new ones on Tuesday, May 29th were professional in meeting our needs! We are thinking about purchasing two more appliances in the very near future, in chrome of course for our kitchen.....YES, we will again purchase through Manny's Appliances in Westfield! “This review is way overdue. We received outstanding customer service from Victor S. in the paint department. Knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Very pleased, highly recommend. In addition, we were extremely pleased with the help we received from Sean K. , the service desk supervisor on 11/26/2021 who successfully resolved an issue to our satisfaction. Both were a pleasure to work with and we will continue to shop at this Home Depot over others in the area.”

“The employees at the Home Depot stores are, for the most part, wonderful. My beef is with the fact that Home Depot (and other retailers) are trying to get rid of employees via the introduction of ‘Self-Checkout’, to the detriment of the patrons and employees. The delays, confusion and
frustration ,while checking out, is rampant at all stores that have implemented and emphasized ‘Self-Checkout’
Please, I want to deal with a ‘HUMAN’!!!!!!”
