“I am very impressed. Used Hillside Auto Body last about 30 years ago. (Thankfully no need since then.) Worked with the Carl's father George then. We went back because we had a wonderful experience. Work was done with top materials and care. They worked well with us and with our insurance. So this time, when a texting senior bashed into my car in a parking lot (please do not text and drive!) causing over $3,000 worth of damage, I knew right where to go! Carl was great! His work is so well done. Hillside Auto has been wonderful for a long time. Repairs are done as quickly as insurance company's process allowed. Minimal inconvenience to me. “We were referred to Westfield Auto Parts from a shop up the street that we go to that didn't have a belt for a lawnmower that we needed in stock.When you walk in, you'll notice that it is not a big shop, but they will have everything you're looking for.They probably won't even need a computer to look it up. It is something they just know, which is pretty incredible.. I appreciate the fact that I can walk up to the desk and ask for something my son is working on, and somehow they can translate these random descriptions to actual parts that work. “I had some broken front grill trim and broken interior tailgate panel on my 12 year old SUV that needed repair. I contacted Don’s Auto Body because a family member had used them some years ago for damage to her car and was very satisfied with the results. I scheduled an appointment after discussing what was needed for my SUV with Don’s owner. The work was completed on the day of the appointment with the two broken pieces replaced. The work was completed fairly quickly for a reasonable cost. I wouldn’t hesitate to use this local auto body shop again for any future work needed. Very professional quality experience.”

“I was just at Auto zone in Westfield on Main St. the two gentleman working were absolutely Amazing, Walter went above and beyond to help me get windshield wiper blades for my 2002 Ford F250 not only did he help me pick them out he also helped to put the wiper blades on due to the fact that the arthritis in my hands is horrible. He took the time to come out and put the wiper blades on my truck for me.
I highly recommend Auto Zone in Westfield.
I will not shop anywhere from my auto parts now because of how wonderful the service was here today .”

The two guys running the store Tom and I think the other cats name is Rick both very very helpful and super friendly. Rick put the battery in for me and was happy to do so.
